It is evident to me now that advance America is one of the companies that state attorney generals have warned consumers about over the past three decades.
Upon completion Of
my loan, the first due date was Less than ten days away. These people are going to make repayment of your loan as difficult as they possibly can so that they can inflict fees and penalties upon you and rob you for as much as they can get out of you.

I was told they were going to make an automatic collection through my checking account. On the first day of the collection, I did not notice any withdrawal. So I called the company Toll free number. to ask what was the issue. I was told that the.
Collection on my debit card was Rejected. I usually make it a point to lock my debit card if it's not being used by me. I was asked if I desired to make a payment. I made a payment for the first month Using my debit card. The very next day This company made a collection for the same amousing the checking account.

I was told at the time I Took this loan that monthly payments would be collected through my Checking account using the a ACH system of money transfer.

On the day of collection, I Called the branch where I received the loan at. And was told that there was nothing they can do about the double payment that had Occurred.

I do not recommend this cash. Advants pay the loan company because they do not give clear instructions on how the payments will be collected.
Nor do they attempt to correct any errors that occur. It is now in my best interest to pay this loan completely off next month.
I am sure they will ask for the complete amount of interest charges the loan was to run. I will also be contacting the state's attorney general to let them know what happened and the outcome. At this point, my checking account is at the point of overdraft due to 2 payments being made. They don't care about customer service, All they care about is getting that money no matter what it takes.

I appreciate the staff at my local store being patience and kind. Their took their time to help you and give you the best option for your financial situation. Very professional and courteous.
