Was not able to update my bank account so I could not get the approved funds. Someone else’s bank account was listed on my account.

The workers was sweet and I can't ask for anything better

I would recommend Advance America they were patient and friendly with me they understood my situation and was helpful to help me with a solution!

I like the customer service that I receive here at the Columbia, Miss office. The employee's go above and beyond my expectations of service. They have all of the answers to your questions. They look at you as a human being and not just as quota or number they really care about you as a customer.

I must say that the workers their put their effort to please you and go beyond.

I took a check advance out for 200.00, and went back the next day to pay it off but they refused to take the money from my wife. I was out of town and she went to pay it off, and as before We were looking to have the fee reduced of totally discounted. The Represenative informed my wife I was the only one that could pay off the check. With this being different from earlier dealings with AA in Columbia, MS office.
We have used AA many times before and paid the fees with out question when we keep the money to term.
