Poor customer service
The young lady that works there is not friendly. She barely speaks a word and her facial expression never changes. She makes me feel uncomfortable when I come in to get a loan, like I’m bothering her. I’ve mentioned this before and nothing has changed. I see her interact with other customers and she very different than with me. I am pleasant and courteous to her, but still feel like she’s bothered that I am there.
