Was very happy with everything except they don’t report to credit agencies. Staff was awesome an was a quick an easy process!

Even though the Colorado locations aren't accepting the online applications right now, but the ladies at the local office are wonderful! They are extremely nice and very helpful!! And the approval for my loan was so easy and quick. I have always appreciated this office.

I like coming to this place. All the women are always so nice & welcoming. They make everything fast & easy. I worked with Laura this time & she was great! Glad that you guys switched to being able to add funds to your debit card right away. That is so much more helpful! The only thing I didn’t like was that I was so close to the woman next to me. We had masks on so that was fine, but I didn’t have any privacy. When you are verifying all of your personal information, it can easily be heard. I think we should have more space for privacy protection.

Very good atmosphere and they are very pleasant the process was very easy.

Joe was perfectly informative and very friendly.

I needed cash, after all the process they told me they can only do $200 in cash the rest has to be in a card. Basically they forced me the use their card.

Was easy and quick, the gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the loan I was getting. Thanks for all you do for the people.
