I took a loan in 2019. When I walking in The other day the person at the counter took my information, pulled up my past account, updated my information and completed my loan app and payment all in less than 15 minutes. She was awesome! It was easy, peasy, and she was polite and professional. I wish I could say the same for all of my customer service experiences.

Promptness
Trying to do a loan online was difficult because I do not know how to copy my signature by picture etc. So I called numerous times finally after 4 calls and calling the branch the loan was handled.!!
