It's annoying all the time switches off…
It's annoying all the time switches off also waste water to rinse. The coffees are not that tasty like lavazza coffee.I'm So sorry it's BIG NO, I do not recommend this coffee machine or this brand coffee.

Regarding the coffee machine, we did not receive any prior communication from you about any issues before seeing your review today. It's important to note that different machines have varying cleaning and standby processes, which should be considered before making a purchase.
You mentioned that you did not like the taste of the coffee and compared it to Lavazza, although you haven't purchased any coffee from us. K-fee and Lavazza are entirely different brands, and direct comparisons may not be fair.
We provided a prompt service and kept you informed throughout the delivery process. We hope that our service was satisfactory and believe it deserves more than a 1-star rating. Our Trustpilot page is intended to review our overall service, not just individual products.

Very quick delivery, but the picture dose show the complete unit with the head bit, may be say it does not come with head, maybe it does in small print, but everything thing else is good and easy to fit
