Allied have been great to deal with right from my first phone call when I enquired about purchasing equipment for our coffee lounge. They were so supportive and helpful. We attended their barista training course which was excellent - so informative, interesting and fun. Most importantly it gave us the skills thay we needed to make great coffee - according to our customers! They say that the flavour of the coffee is exceptional and they keep coming back for more. We were so pleased to find Allied as they are simply outstanding for service. I can highly recommend them.

Item not delivered on next day still waiting!!
Order milkshake x 2 and only one delivered meant to be 1 day delivery still waiting as at 19.5.25.
I recieved 2 scan codes to say arrived but when collected there was only 1 parcel not 2 for 2 qr codes and now showing as item not sent over, missing Banana Milkshake and needed for business, still waiting for a scan code of this parcel of banana milkshake to be delivered which is delaying in my customers wanting milkshakes in this summer weather.

Banana Shmoo is currently on backorder due to a supplier issue. It is noted twice on the product page that stock should arrive into us week commencing 19.05 and the item will be backordered.
Our colleague Harvey also emailed you last week to confirm this, so we were a little surprised by the negative feedback and wanted to clarify the situation.
As soon as Banana arrives with us, your order will be shipped via next working day delivery. Given the information provided at the time of purchase, we kindly ask if you’d consider updating your review to reflect this.

To make a mistake on my first order…
To make a mistake on my first order might look like a bad start. However all of us are human. I called as soon as the error was noted and received a polite response from their switchboard and a call-back within minutes. A promise to dispatch the correct order was offered and the right products arrived the next day. So being willing and able to put things right can be even more impressive. I will use them again.
