First time using them
First time using them, had no problems at and got my goods next day, hopefully will play more orders soon
UPDATE
After the advise from shmoo that didn’t work, we will have to pay a 25% restocking fee.
No longer will we do business with them

After being told I needed to buy a £300 mixer and yes it had to be used to test and they were wrong. You don’t need the mixer and because I was told information that was not true. Shmoo are just as bad as they promised to send things out and didn’t and never reply to their emails

Thank you for taking the time to update your original 5-star review.
You contacted us via email to say that you have been in touch with Shmoo directly about your milkshakes and that your domestic fridges were unable to keep your milk cold enough. Due to this, you weren't achieving the results from the Shmoo Mixer that you wanted.
We called you straight off the back of your email being received and my colleague spent some time with you on the phone and gave some advice as to ways you could achieve better results with the milkshakes.
The Shmoo Mixer itself is in full working order and not faulty. When an item is opened and used, we do not have to accept the item back for a return. Following your conversation with my colleague, we agreed as a gesture of goodwill that we would accept the Mixer back as a return but this would be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
When an item is opened and used we cannot sell the item as new, which is why the restocking fee has to be applied.
