This is absolutely not the kind of experience we would want you to have, as this program is optional and you're only paying for the sets you keep.
When selecting the Elite Membership, you will receive a monthly shipment with three sets. These sets are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account’s Elite Dashboard.
Nevertheless, remember: One of the perks offered by your Elite membership is your own Elite wishlist.
Located in your account’s Elite Dashboard is the My Elite List section where you can create your personal wishlist.
How does it work?
To get started: you just need to press the Start my Elite List tab in that section and that'll allow you to add sets in your wishlist, so you can receive them in your next box selections.
They'll be added in your next box based on their size availability when we create the box. If less than 3 sets from your wishlist will be available in your size, your stylist will handpick other sets based on your styling preferences.
Some of the sets might not be available in your size when we create your box but that won't stop us from trying to add them in an upcoming box, if they'll be in stock.

Way better than VS especially for price point
The price point is great because you always get panties with it.
Sometimes it’s confusing about the sale the way that it is worded, and then it ends up being more money
But for the most part, I’m very happy with them. I’ve actually stopped buying all bras and panties at Victoria’s Secret.

The price difference you’re seeing is due to a promotion that was applied to your original order, which gave you a special discount. Unfortunately, that promotional pricing doesn’t automatically carry over to exchanges, which is why the new total appeared higher.
That said, I’ve successfully updated the amount so you can place the exchange order at the same price as your original purchase. You should now be able to proceed without any additional charges.

Sizes are always different. I have favorites i wear every single day then order another in the same size and it ends up fitting horribly.

The curated boxes include a great mix of items. They make it easy to return (you literally use the same box and label!) so whatever you don’t want to keep you simply send back!

Order was severely delayed
Order was severely delayed. Finally got notice that order had shipped and four days later it was "undeliverable". One day after that my 2nd shipment that I place almost a month after the delayed one was delivered. Refund for the "undeliverable" one was partially given until I emailed asking about the delayed order when I was issued a store credit foe the rest of the balance. Unfortunately that does not replace the products I can no longer purchase nor the free sets that were used on the order. Very disappointed in customer service and how I was treated as a repeat customer and an almost $300 order.
