Funny how they are acting clueless because when my friends and I called them out for their behaviour on their instagram page they blocked all of us😂. They know they did wrong. Rude employees. I get it can be stressful in retail or whatever is just funny how they were nice to other customers yet rude to my friends and I when we did nothing so how can it being stressful be the reason of that? That’s why I wrote this review If they didn’t recall this happening why did they block my friends and I when we commented it on their insta??

The staff are so kind and very helpful and love the fact they make you feel welcome on the shop , love the clothes even the quality is excellent it washes well, love how stylish everything is and the price for some of there clothes is for nothing!!

The girls are always so helpful in the Ilac. It’s my go to store when trying to find something that will stand out when I’m out.

I was there on saturday and the loveliest lady was helping a young girl and her mam find the right clothes 🥺

The girls in the shop are amazing. So friendly and very efficient in their work. I am editing this review as I've worn the clothes a few times now and unfortunately they are of poor quality. The seams have ripped in 3 separate items. A tracksuit bottoms, long black flared pants and a cropped body warmer. Very disappointed as the clothes are lovely just not made very well. Keep this in mind when purchasing as you will have to come at it with a needle and thread within a few wears.

Absolutely fabulous store in the ilac centre, staff are so kind, friendly and helpful💗 There clothes are the best quality you will find!🤩 I could not recommend their shop enough!
