My store's 4 month old and I've spent like 1k on Facebook ads following the advice of a friend. Long story short, it was all wasted and I didn't sell a single product. Their plans are super cheap and includes ad spend so I gave them a try thinking if this doesn't work I'll maybe give it a rest. It turned out be pretty decent. I'm making a few hundred a month in each month and spend $100/month on their marketing so it's a good ROI for me. YMMV

I was a bit skeptical of their plans and thought the traffic would be lower quality traffic but it was better than expected. I purchased a 6 month plan, after 2 months of no sales (lots of traffic), I just forgot about it. by maybe 3-4months, we started getting sales and I emailed their support who was able to help add UTM parameters so we can confirm the sales came from their campaign. Apparently their ad engine just takes a few months to get going. We renewed our 6 month plan and have been with them for close to a year now. We're getting fairly consistent sales each month nowadays. Conversion rate will be low since they're sending you a lot of traffic and you can't expect the same 1-2% conversion rates on their campaigns as you would on Meta Ads, but their campaigns are super profitable. We spend like 400 dollars for the 6 month plan and easily make that back each month, so it's well worth it. I saw that they released larger plans a few months ago and will be upgrading when our current 6 month period is up. Overall I'd recommend giving them a try if you're tired of spending thousands on Facebook or don't have much marketing budget. They do everything for you and you just set it and forget it basically. It either works well or it doesn't and you don't lose much. For us, it was a no brainer and has paid off a lot

Paid for a year's worth of service and while there was an increase in traffic, we had no conversions. The visits were very short and not properly recorded by Hotjar which was odd.
