I will NEVER buy another Adidas product again

I will NEVER buy another Adidas product EVER again. The sizing is not at all close to accurate and Adidas have the worst customer service I have received in 40 years!
I have multiple Nike, Reebok, Vans etc. all in size US11. All fit the same. Adidas US11 isn't even close to fitting.
I used an Adidas gift card to buy them. I was told it could take up to 72 hours to receive a replacement gift card and was told there were no other options at all to organise replacement shoes. It has been 120 hours and when calling to follow up I was told that "they are out of stock of digital vouchers but cannot give me any timeframe". I just have to wait an undisclosed amount of time. I asked for ANY resolution whatsoever; offered to go to a store or receive a different form of reimbursement. The only answer - just keep waiting. I asked to speak to a supervisor - Wait up to 48 hours for one to call me.
Disgraceful excuse for a company.

Worst possible retailer

Worst possible retail
experience not worthy of this brand. I ordered online 24 days ago and still - after 4 contacts - no-one can tell me where the items are NOR can give me a refund!
Pathetically criminal, steeling customers' pocket money! And how useless is the customer service team - particularly Berna - who can't help at all with anything.
Stay away from their national operations and online shopping

Extremely disappointed

If I could no stars I would.

I placed an order on 9th September 2025 through the Adidas website, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, it was far from that.
After receiving no updates for several days, I had to follow up twice just to get basic information on when my order would be dispatched. There was no proactive communication from Adidas regarding any delays or issues.
Then, 10 days later, I was informed that the entire order had been cancelled—all because one item was out of stock. There was no option offered to ship the remaining items, no proper apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue or retain the order in any form.
This kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially from a globally respected brand like Adidas. A single out-of-stock item should not result in the cancellation of an entire order, especially after such a long wait and multiple follow-ups.
Sadly, this experience has damaged my trust in Adidas. I hope the company takes real steps to improve its customer communication and order management processes. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering future purchases.

Did Not Honor Warranty

I contacted Adidas to say how much I loved the Golf Shoes and then when the tags fell out due to the base plastic being faulty and did this within the warranty time. They blamed wear and tear when it was an obvious fault with the connector in the base. ............Take my money and RUN!!!!
"I bought a pair of FootJoys instead as i got sick of playing with missing spikes i had to keep replacing that did not stay in!!"

So unprofessional from adidas

So unprofessional from adidas. I really thought online shopping with adidas would be so much better cause after all it is adidas. Only for my order not to be delivered in the deadline they said and i had to follow up when they are gonna send it and shortly after they send me tracking link for half of my order, half was cancelled due not having the shoes in stock. You’d think they would let you know that in a day or even two not when you needed to follow up 10 days later. Definitely i would be leaving review for future customers as a heads up to know what they gonna experience if they order online from adidas.No Integrity

Scam company and sham customer service

I purchased approximately $300 worth of products online during a sale. The website clearly indicated that delivery would occur within one week. After holding my payment for two weeks, the company has canceled my entire order, stating that the items are out of stock. This conduct is unacceptable and constitutes a failure to provide the goods as promised within the advertised timeframe.

Terrible Order Experience and Customer Service

Ordered a pair of shoes that did not progress past pending. I followed up after 2 weeks with no change and customer service rep (Lei) promised to escalate and keep me updated. After no response I followed up again and told the same thing. I was required to follow up mutiple times more before the order was cancelled and refunded more than one month post placing my order. Adidas offered a discount code on full price items similar to what they offer in a normal sale, which was declined. Lei offered to try and resolve the experience, which i appreciated, and offered to look into a product I was after to replace the one no longer available. After a number of days Lei returned to advise that the original discount offer was the only offer they were making. This is the 2nd time I have had an order cancelled due to not having stock so buyer beware when buying from Adidas - at least in that process they offered a fair resolution. I get that sometimes stock runs out but dont take a month to advise this and not offer a refund early on.

DO NIT ORDER FROM ADIDAS!

Having ordered a pair of shoes from adidas.com.au on 10/07/25, they eventually cancelled my order on 27/7/25 as they didn’t have stock.

I called and complained and was told that they were having delivery issues as their sale had been more popular than expected (absolute rubbish)

I reordered the same shoes on 28/07/25 after being told the shoes were definitely in stock by another agent, who assisted me to reorder them.

Needless to say, it is now the 11/08/25 and having just got off the phone to adidas, the order is still in the ‘pending’ status.

It was meant to be delivered on 08/08/25.

Adidas is an absolute joke. For a company as big as this, this lack of customer service, lack of communication and all out lies from their customer service staff is unacceptable.

All they offer to do when you call to check the progress of your order is apologise, say they’re going to ‘escalate’ your order and offer you a measly 30% off voucher.

What’s the point in offering a voucher when you can’t deliver what people are ordering?!

They said that their inventory isn’t correct, so that’s what they’re having issues fulfilling peoples orders!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t advertise products you can’t fulfil because you don’t have stock! I’m going to complain to the ACCC!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ADIDAS.COM.AU.

You will not receive your order! And it will be cancelled 2-4 weeks after ordering!!

I bought a shoe from Adidas Australia…

I bought a shoe from Adidas Australia on eBay.
Four days passed and it was still not delivered to the cargo, so I requested the cancellation of the order.
Two days after I made my request, they shipped it and the product came to me.
There is a total of one week between the date I ordered and the delivery date, that is seven days.

At the end of seven days, they send me a mocking message that we could not make your cancellation.
However, I did not cancel the cargo on the day you will give the cargo, I requested cancellation two days ago, and although I sent a message from private, no return was made in any way.

It seems that Adidas is not the old Adidas we know.
Both the product quality and the quality of the staff are at the bottom.

Adidas again?
Never again.

PUBLIC WARNING: DON'T SHOP WITH ADIDAS AUSTRALIA

PUBLIC WARNING: Do not shop with Adidas Australia - they have stolen my money. Unfortunately there is no negative minus 5 score option to give, so I am forced to give 1 out of 5 stars, which is too generous.
Experience from hell, money stolen - the worst service and integrity ever. I purchased a track suit from Adidas Australia online store about 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with entering the discount code, so I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of ordering - by messaging Adidas Australia via Facebook Messenger and email. I have exchanged at least 50 messages over the period of one week, trying to get my money back. They failed to stop the warehouse to ship the product. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing basically. In addition, they couldn’t care less about their reputation or customer service. Adidas eventually redirected the already shipped goods back to their warehouse - before they had ever reached me. I have never seen the goods, but Adidas still doesn’t want to refund me my money. They have pretty much stolen my money. I have lodged a complaint with the NSW Fair Trading Department, and now have to go through the legal process to get my $250 back. I have tried to reason with the customer care team, but they don’t care at all and keep repeating that ‘it was their system and corporate processes preventing them to issue me a refund’.
Run away from Adidas Australia, go to Nike, Puma, Amazon…whatever, just not Adidas. I have suffered for you so you don’t have to.

Retuned a pair of shoes next day delivery as was too big, 3 weeks and haven’t got my refund yet. I’ve sent an email enquiring about it and still haven’t heard anything back.
Open a case with Afterpay trying to solve and hoping getting my money back.

Ordering here is a gamble

Made an order 1.5 weeks ago. Still hasn’t been dispatched. Made another order after a few days and the dispatch timeframe that one was 2 weeks…
There’s other concerning reviews so please read those as well before purchasing from their online store. Quite disappointing for such a big brand…

Buyer beware. Do not buy from
adidas Australia online! Did not receive my order, despite numerous emails. The site allows you to purchase items which are NOT in stock in Australia. You will not be refunded, instead you enter the ‘in progress’ status forever! Money lost. instead, purchase from Platypus or Hype. You’ll receive your items in one to two days rather than not at all with Adidas.
