When I first joined the amplifier I believed that coaching was just programming and biomechanics but joining this has been a real eye opener and had improved my overall service by an insane amount. My client retention has doubled since joining. The live events and calls are actually insanely valuable and it allows you to surround yourself with so many different types of coaches rather than just people who care about the programming but actually want to change people’s lives for the better. You also don’t just feel like a number which I have in other group programmes.

Everyone gets their chance to ask questions and speak and I feel truly valued and involved in the community.

The curriculum is also incredible and like nothing else I’ve ever seen.

Even after finishing “the course” I have continued to stay a year after that had finished.

I would recommend to any coach.

I have been in the amplifier for some time now and it has massively improved my coaching. I love mindset coaching and feel that is the biggest part of the experience in a coaching program. I didn't quite have the tools to articulate this practically, and the amplifier helped above and beyond that.
Not only that, there is an amazing community of coaches, that support each other and help. Whenever you feel you're struggling, there is always someone to help you. Thats something very special.

Love The Adherence Amplifier. The course is great with so much depth to the content but it's also really easy to see how to apply it within my coaching business.

The Adherence Amplifier course on its own is absolutely sick - it's got everything you need to take your service from a training programme and diet plan (which is what most "coaches" are actually offering), to an actual coaching service that can change a client's life.

Then you add in the live calls on top, where you have a bunch of like-minded coaches wanting to improve their coaching and business, who can weigh in with their personal experience and advice, and Lewis there to provide actual coaching on anything you're struggling with.

I joined the Amplifier in July of 2025 and can't believe it's been almost a year. This is seriously one of the best mentorships I have ever done - and it truly is the best in this particular space of helping clients with adherence. Lewis over delivers in every way. He is so passionate about coaching and helping people, and that passion is contagious. He brings the energy to every call (two per week) and delivers value every time. He will actually help you work through your issue right on the call - whether it's a difficult client situation or a business-related problem. Not only do you get live coaching on the calls (and there is always plenty of time for everyone) - but you get 6 months worth of course modules that give you practical tools that will change the way you coach and increase client retention. He also weaves in occasional master classes. He also does quarterly in-person events - which I wish I could attend but it's difficult being in the States. Finally, the community is the best. There is a WhatsApp chat group and everyone is engaged, helping each other out. If I could give Lewis 10 stars, I would!

It's an incredible community that is very pure, which is not something you see in the business world these days. The events are incredible. The calls are extremely helpful; they're always there to be used, there's also the education platform so it's just such a well-rounded package. You get the in-person, the online, the education, the support, the personality, the ethics, it is genuinely the fitness industry's best-kept secret. It is absolutely incredible. I've been on for over a year now, and it has completely changed my maturity in business, how I approach certain conversations and my clients, and they recognise it; they see the effort that goes into the discussions and debates, the support I give them, and that is purely down to Lewis and the Adherence Amplifier.

I've been part of the Amplifier since October 2023, and I think that in itself speaks volumes. I wouldn't be half the coach I am today without the Amplifier, it's made me more confident in my ability as a coach, but also the service I provide to clients, which shows in my retention (6 months to 16 months).

In an industry that is so fixated on making money, the Amplifier is focused solely on coaching - to help you be the best coach you can be for the clients you want to help. I can't tell you how much of a breathe of fresh air that is! I got into the industry desperate to help people, when all I was greeted with was this idea of a 10k month, I started to wonder whether I was in the wrong industry, but Lewis and the other amazing Amplifier coaches have showed me I'm exactly where I belong. The Amplifier has helped me align with the kind of coach I WANT to be, as opposed to what I think I should be according to the industry.

One thing I love about Lewis is he's a nerd, and is always looking to learn new stuff, but he doesn't gate keep what he learns, he always goes away, absorbs it, solidifies it, then teaches it to us in a way that's applicable to what we do.

I can't not mention the events and the community. Coaching is the best job in the world, I genuinely believe that, but it can be lonely af, especially when family/friends don't quite understand what it is you do. Through the Amplifier and the events, I've been lucky enough to be some amazing coaches, who I'm now lucky enough to call friends. The Amplifier is unique in the sense that there's a whole variety of coaches, at different points in the journey, etc but everyone is always willing to help each other out and offer some advice (or indeed a kick up the ass) when needed. But also Lewis himself, you can tell he genuinely cares about the people in the Amplifier, you aren't just another number to him, and that can be so hard to find.

I joined the Amplifier after attending an event in May in Manchester. I was blown away by the talks, especially the ones by Lewis. In that time alone I feel I leaned so much I could take back to help my clients. Seeing the other coaches interact, I knew this was a community I needed to be a part of. As a coach it can get lonely at times and having a space to ask questions and bounce off each other is so beneficial. The course is brilliant so far, I am slowly working my way through but I’m really excited to keep learning and developing as a coach with Lewis’ help. I immediately got flights for the next in person event as I knew I needed to be in that room. Would highly recommend to any coach, regardless of how many years experience you might have.

The Amplifier Course has been amazing both in terms of education on how to help clients adhere to their plan without just telling them to be more adherent, but to actually coach people along with being more sure of yourself within the coaching industry

The amplifier has been a game changer for me, it's helped me to align with who I truly am as a coach and elevate my service. It's the opposite to the previous routes I have tried, with business mentors only seeing clients as numbers and sales. Lewis has helped me to grow and sustain a business that I actually enjoy, took me back to the reason I got into coaching in the first place to help and support people. What a community to be part of... I'm relatively new to The Adherence Amplifier, but I've been blown away with my experience.

I attended Lewis's live event, and two things struck me. His talks were enjoyable and key to future-proofing my business. Everyone there was an absolute legend.

That last point is the reason why I signed up for his program. After the first call, I left with actionable steps for helping a client who is stuck. AND how can I improve the community within my own coaching?
