Great staffs happy serviceFantastic and quick service . I was able to get an appointment in the same week I inquired and get my assessment done . Such a friendly and welcoming clinic . All the details and payments were explained clearly before the assessment and gave me confident that I am in the right place . The doctor was so understanding and made me feel comfortable during in the assessment . Great service! Would definitely recommend

A postitive experience! I was very pleased with today's assessment. I felt seen and heard. I feel lucky to have found a solution to my long term problem. All the guidance was given before the assessment. Everything went very smooth!

Super happy with my experience! From the initial email I had sent to Surthy to the day I received my report took only a week. I had lots of difficulties sending the forms back as I am really bad with tech stuff and Surthy was very patient and helpful. I have been given a detailed info from the doctor about possible medication. All great. Swiftly and with style :)

The assessment part was great and they had sufficient availability. I had Dr Nnamdi and he was great, professional and straightforward. I struggled to remember details from my childhood but I was able to ask my mum and then easily update the doctor about it after the assessment. The report came in a timely manner (about a week).

Not the most professional website (with few errors) and some typos in the report itself, however, it reflects the small size of the company which is understandable.

The pricing was not the clearest on the website in terms of what I am expecting to pay in total but the free consultation call I had with their representative cleared it up. The pricing information was much more transparent than other similar ADHD diagnosis websites ("hidden fees", meds, etc) and is the most reasonably priced one I could find.

I had a slight misunderstanding with the initial scheduling of the assessment meeting. When I booked it it was at 12pm but it had changed to 5pm. One of the ways I have dealt with remembering dates is to not to and just write it in my calendar immediately. I did not notice the change as it was not particularly mentioned and thought it was still 12pm until the day of. Considering their entire customer base potentially have ADHD, some highlighting/asterisks/ALL CAPS IN BOLD and reminder emails especially when there are changes could have been used. I was anxious and I called to ask about it but the representative had assumed I was okay with the time change as I did not reply. It was my fault at the end of the day but I thought the one place that would be accommodating to people with ADHD would be an ADHD clinic.

I have yet to get meds from them so I will update this when I do.

Improvements to clarity and professionalism could be made but overall I would and have already recommended this to friends.

EDIT: After reading some other reviews I think I may have been overly critical and focused on their faults so I revised the rating from 4 to 5. The experience felt almost a little TOO quick compared with being on the NHS waitlist for 10 months (the appointment in 2 weeks from initial query call; meds appointment booked within a few weeks after I got around to getting my ECG done) and other than the scheduling blip, everything went well. I probably would have gotten meds sooner if not for the holidays.

Edit 2: I have finished medication titration completely.
The process was very smooth after having the last session. I was able to get a shared care plan with my GP and my GP was notified and I was able to get medication on the NHS. My ADHD Nurse was also very practical and wrote in a prescription for the last month for me just in case which means that I will have some for emergencies or another medication shortage moving forwards.
However, I will say that the approximation of needed 3-4 titration sessions was not accurate. I ended up having 5 sessions and likely needed more if not for financial restraints. I am adequately happy with the dose I am on currently there just isn’t as much of a flexibility to try different meds or fine tune it before it gets too expensive

I recently had an appointment at this clinic for an ADHD assessment, which I found to be unsatisfactory. Despite the high cost of the appointment, I felt that the time was not effectively used to explore my concerns. The clinician focused on a wide range of questions, some of which seemed irrelevant to my case. I found it challenging to recall specific childhood memories, and this was met with a surprising assertion that everyone can recall their early years clearly.

I was also asked questions that felt unrelated to ADHD, covering other disorders. Unfortunately, the session concluded with a diagnosis that did not align with my previous assessments and current symptoms. This experience was not in line with my expectations, especially since a significant part of the session was spent on areas unrelated to ADHD.

I have since raised a formal complaint regarding my experience, as I believe the assessment process did not adequately address my concerns. I hope this feedback can help improve future services and ensure that others seeking ADHD assessments have a more focused and relevant experience.

A special thanks to Dr. Nnamdi, Surthy, and Dan for helping me get to this point. As an immigrant, student, and full-time employee, life got so hard, I didn't feel like an adult. The team at ADHDME has been incredibly polite and respectful. The assessment was very smooth and Dr Nnamadi made me feel very comfortable to be able to speak about my issues. He also told me it was okay to cry, which I appreciated haha. I am excited to start my journey with medication. There is hope out there, and if you're saving up for a diagnosis just like I was, it's well worth the wait.

Dr Amaka was kind, compasionate and great at understanding. She made me feel at ease and allowed time for me to take things at my pace.
Adhdme have had regular communication and the whole process has been smooth.

Really pleased with my consultation with ADHDME. With long NHS waiting lists, and after much research into private options I chose them as a quick and reasonably priced way to get test. The staff were very responsive to my queries and the psychiatrist I saw, Dr Veronica, was a very thorough, understanding and reassuring as she went through the questionnaire with me over Zoom. I was allowed breaks and never felt rushed in my assessment in which I was told immediately my results. I'm really grateful to have been seen by someone so knowledgeable and accommodating.

I left 4 stars (more like 4.5) because this new clinic that needs a little bit of administrative polish with some emails I received (spelling, format), but would not hesitate to recommend their core service of diagnosis!!! Thank you so much!!!

The team was amazing throughout the process - from the very start of coordinating my appointment till the end. Dr Veronica was professional, understanding, warm and empathetic throughout. I cannot recommend more!

Amazing- The whole service had a personal quality from the start- Dan is knowledgeable and attentive, and I was seen by Veronica the psychiatrist within two weeks of calling them. The assesment was thorough and conducted with professionalism and compassion. I felt seen and reassured at every step. Thoroughly recommend ADHDme to anyone going through this process. Absolutely brilliant people :)

Dr Veronica was fantastic doing the assessment. She made me feel at ease, relaxed, and made sure I knew how it would work. I was provided enough space to talk about my experiences, and share examples of my ADHD behaviours; I didn’t feel I had to over-explain or try to justify myself, because I knew Dr Veronica was understanding me and hearing me, which was very validating! As it’s easy for people with ADHD to be shut down and ignored. But this service, from the beginning, has made me feel so validated, even when I spoke to Dan to book my assessment - and he has been consistently in contact with me throughout. He also checked in with me after my assessment which I think speaks to the level of care provided by the team at ADHDme. I 100% recommend this service to anyone who is wanting an ADHD referral and considering going down the private route. For me, it’s worth every penny, and this service is very trustworthy.

Overall booking process was quick. Assessment arranged same week. Doctor was patient with me and caring. However Doctor was late to the appointment over 10 minutes

Considering the length of the NHS waiting list compared to Adhdme its absolutely amazing, these people are doing such an amazing and professional service helping many people such as myself.

it was really reassuring for me to have the diagnosis as its something that has affected my life from a very young age. The appointment was really professional and my clinician (Dr Abuah) was extremely friendly and professional.

To be honest there really isn't anything I can fault about this service would recommend it to anyone.

Adhdme has been great from the initial consultation to helping get my ADHD assessment sorted out. Only problem was the doctor did enter the zoom meeting 10minute late. Apart from that I received my GP letter and report the same week. Overall great service but the doctor needs to be on time specially when it’s private.
