He compraado 3 teslas. 1 de ellos con fallos graves de seguridad,otro con la cerradura rota. Despues de reclamar 1 semana,me dicen que no se hacen cargo. Esto solamante pasa con empresas del tercer mundo,no de europa. Acabo de ver ,que ha pasado con mucha gente. Obviamnte no volvere a comprar.Jamas. Pero postventa no existe.Una autentica verguenza

Sunt dealer de masini, lucrez cu Adesa de pe vreamea cand erau CarsOntheWeb, cred ce de prin anii 2012-2013. Cele mai bune achizitii de la ei le-am avut. Am avut pana in prezent cca. 35 de achizitii de la ei, niciuna dintre nu a fost altceva decat ceea ce au prezentat pe site. Intr-adevar preturile lor sunt putin peste medie, dar calitatea merita. Ultimele masini personale le-am achizitionat de la Adesa, o Skoda Octavia 3, un Renault Talisman, iar ultima achizitie este chiar anul acesta in iunie 2023 - un Seat Ateca pentru sotia mea. Nu am avut niciodata probleme cu masinile cumparate de la ADESA(COTW), cred ca au cele mai bune masini de pe web, ii recomand cu cea mai mare placere !

Résultat Adesa encourage la partie vendeur a ne pas donner un descriptif précis de l'état du véhicule afin d'en obtenir un prix élevé au dépend de l'acheteur lésé qui n'a aucune chance de récupérer les frais de remise en état

I live in Alicante , Spain. I buy an Mercedes Vito with Adesa. Apart from the fact that they were 3 days late with the delivery, everything was ok.

Confío en ellos, funcionan perfectos y no tienen retrasos con el coche. Adesa España es la mejor.

Buonasera. La scheda dell'auto è superficiale, non viene indicato il numero dei precedenti proprietari, se l'auto ha avuto incidenti, e se ci sono lavori da eseguire. Ho acquistato una Ford Fiesta con 78.000 km circa ed è arrivata con scatola sterzo e giunti da sostituire (spesa totale 300,00 €), una Mini one benzina con 130.000 km circa la sono andata a ritirare io di persona e la seconda marcia grattava, entrava e poi saltava e il cuscinetto ruota anteriore sinistro rumoroso da mettere le cuffie (spesa totale 1000,00 €). Per fortuna a Roma ci sono arrivato. Partecipi alle aste di autovetture, vinci l'asta facendo l'offerta migliore e abbastanza alta, ma i venditori non accettano. Non possiamo comprare auto e pagarle come se fossimo persone private, considerando che potremmo trovare sorprese come le ho trovate io. Anche oggi mi hanno rifiutato un'altra offerta di una lancia ypsilon (la quarta in circa 5 giorni).

I had a bad experience with this company. Paid too much for a car because I thought it is in very good conditon, from trusted seller (Avalon) and had an inspection report. It had only few pictures that were not very clear. The car arrived to me with a lot of issues that were not shown in the photos, description or technical report. Plus the car could not be started because it was delivered with a dead battery. I invested almost 2000 EUR to make it as it should, but it still not perfect, it still has issues difficult to fix.

After this experience, I don’t recommend buying cars without seeing and testing them first. Be careful, they will try to sell you car for a high price and not tell/show you the issues it has.

Mi sono aggiudicata un auto e dopo 2 ore mi arriva un email dal venditore dicendo che non gli stava bene il prezzo e quindi annullata il tutto .
Scusa perché non scrivi direttamente il prezzo che vuoi venderla così non ci fai perdere tempo!

they trick you to pay a lot of money for transport and for the car you thought you bought, and afte ryou pay the money, you cannot get any information from them!!!

I paid over 27000 euro for an Audi q5 and now they tell me they don't have any idea when they will deliver the car, becasue they don't have any truck for transport. Although 2 weeks ago they were urging me to pay the car as it is already on its way to me....
