Darren secured me finance on my first investment Buy Refurbish Refinance ("BRR") bought in a limited company to both acquire the house and to refinance and release equity. This was non-standard as the house has been converted to two flats but on one freehold title and was in a poor condition. Each step with Darren moved quickly and he dealt with things well.
