Dawn is the most lovely kind helpful person I have met. She helps me and always keeps me updated thank you so much. She helped me with little things like when I called her to say I was worried she helped calm me down before the interview.

On 27 March 2026 I had an appointment with a female recruiter from Adecco in their London office. I was a Candidate looking for a job. I did attend the appointment.
She made copies of very sensitive personal files and DID not provide with a document how will Adecco store in a safe way my Personal DATA. she is under obligation to do that. She was rude and looked down upon me. Then she told me Adecco can NOT find me permanent position. ONLY part jobs if anything comes up. That were her words. BIG surprise for me because the last two days 25 March and 26 March 2026 when I spoke with her she was promising again and again to get me a permanent position.
This Adecco are just common liers - chronic, compulsive, and pathological types of liars.
AVOID THEM ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HOPES!

I got an assembly line operative job at Leyland trucks through Adecco in 2025, I had to do a drugs test which I passed, I was really excited about this job role thinking this is it, £16.00 an HR was the highest pay I've ever come across. I was there for 4 days then I was told I was not needed, I had a career wiped away and was gutted, 4 DAYS ain't enough time to warm to the company, how can you do that to someone? it's disgusting, I hope you're proud of yourself Adecco, you ruined my chances.The thing is Adecco if you offered me another chance at Leyland trucks I would look at it.

From the first point that I signed up with Adecco, the whole process has been wonderful and easy. The registration was simple and stress free. I have been speaking with Lucinda, who has been a brilliant and supportive consultant. The communication from Lucinda couldn't have been better, and I felt supported through every step of my journey. She was knowledgeable, helpful and really seemed to care. When Lucinda was out of the office one day, I also had great help from Jasmine, and this was very appreciated as I never felt like I couldn't be helped. Lucinda is a great asset to Adecco; she has made me feel hopeful in a time that has been quite stressful. Thank you so much for all your help.

No one really bothered to call or ask why I applied for the role as an exam invgivlator but as I can see the current job market has made most recruiting agencies very poor now ..thank goodness I have enough common sense to know I have other skills that are not currently on my CV .

Everything started off well with original Comms, I had signed a contract for a vacancy and I was waiting for the start date which changed twice. I was then Informed the location had changed. And advised I would be updated. I emailed after a week or so for an update to be told that the vacancy had been filled. Poor to be honest.

Clare Reed and Laura Swords were extremely helpful, kind patient and understanding. They helped me every step of the way and we're always available to help with any questions I had and even wished me luck on my 1st day truly 2 of life's genuinely loviest people.

I have had the worst and most traumatic experience with Adecco. Did my interview for a role back in December 2025 in which I was told I would start my assignment in January. Due to “technical issues” on their side they gave me a start date of 19th January. initially when I had my interview I was informed I would have to use my own laptop and headset which I was fine with only for them to tell me a few days before that they would be sending work equipment to me, which I was fine with of course. They sent my laptop to an old address on the system in which caused delays yet again. I was told I would start on the 26th then I got told I would start on the 9th of February in which I still have not started any type of work. A lady told me she would sort me out with a different type assignment and since i have gotten zero communication or correspondence. This has caused me a huge financial impact and has affected me mentally as someone who already suffers with mental health and have been unable to pay any type of bills and even live a normal life due to all their mistakes and empty promises. I have turned down job offers trusting that this company would stick to their word and they have been unable to do so. I chased up with them via email and phone numerous times always being told someone would contact me in the end to not be contacted by anyone. I have emailed HR and they have been unresponsive.

Administrative support was amazing, continuous communication through the entire process of finding work and clearance. Recruiters are friendly and likeable and genuinely there to help.
