I went to them for a simple matter - writing a letter for me. Their solicitor( Chukwudi Emeter ) was late for the meeting , was very slow and took his time . After promising to finish the letter on Monday , he did not do it . Tuesday I called couple of times , he did not even bother calling back . Wednesday finally he picked up, said that the letter is ready and he just has to read it for me . This did not happen . The next two calls he was very rude and just hang up on me . After that his colleagues promised the director is going to call me . Of course it did not happen . Thursday they finally picked up and just said they do not wish to work with me anymore . Chukwudi Emeter did not even bother apologising for his behaviour . And they are basically encouraging and protecting that . Also with all audacity he tried to get more money from me - first he said an amount which he claimed is the full one and I paid in advance . Then , after days of delays he said I owed him more money which is outrageous . Overall I would not recommend Adam Bernard’s and specifically Chukwudi Emeter to anyone .

We used AB to provide independent legal advice for a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage and it was a nightmare from start to finish.

While Hasan was a friendly person he seemed unable to cope with emails and simple information requests from my solicitor or from me. I can only assume he had taken on too much work and was unable to cope with the amount of requests coming in.

I had to provide the steps of what was expected/ required which he could've done with one google search to get the correct forms done.

There are firms that specialise in this process online, for the same price so I would recommend using this for ILA services.

The staff here are very hardworking. My experience with this law firm is very good.
