Best insurance in my lifetime.

Best insurance company I have ever had. They did show up in my time in need . They promptly settled my claims concerning a sewage back up at my house. When my wife had a little fender bender they did not raise our rate on our vehicles. Great people to work with. I will definitely recommend Acuity with my friends and family.

Terrible claim experience

I was in an accident and i was not at fault. I was informed from my adjuster at the time that my policy covered a rental during repairs. My company paid $5000+ dollars and we still have not received a refund reimbursement for what we were instructed to do. Not a good claim experience.

My insurance cost increased too much

My insurance cost this year was $1000 higher than last year, about a 15% increase. I left my previous insurance for that reason.

I am very satisfied with the protection…

I am very satisfied with the protection they provided me. There is nothing worse than getting hit by someone without insurance, but my company took care of everything without any complications. My Mercedes Sprinter was restored to perfection, and the process was very fast. The coverage against uninsured drivers is truly worth the cost. 10/10!

Acuity has a good name.


I have not used acuity since we started with them. Thus I have no specific comments. I only hear from them when it is time for billing. When I confronted them about this (never hearing a word not even a Christmas card) they just said that's good that they didn't need anything from us. Superficial answer I thought.

Crapy insurance!

Crapy insurance!! I don't know why a company or an individual would use such a company. They denied a medication that would improve my health and quality of life, even though my Doctor could show proof of the health challenges that I face. They get my money EVERYWEEK but could not help me, help myself!! I am so glad that I have a better insurance company!! Do not pass go!! Make a u-turn and go with another insurance company!!! The absolute worse care!!

Outstanding customer service

Customer service was the best with the agent that helped me when my truck was stolen. She informed me of the process and kept me updated thru the ordeal. I have been very impressed with this company for the two years I have been with them. Kudos to the team and local agents
