Great friendly service

This customer service is very impressive. Paul came out with three scooters to to try out at our front door which is extremely helpful. His knowledge and tips to get my mother in law moving again is outstanding. In these busy times it’s very rare to find someone like him and his friendly team that really cares about people in need.

As always Active are happy to help in any way you require. I have been more than happy with their service and thoroughly recommend them.

John, Paul and all the team always provide excellent service. They sell a great product at a very competitive price.

Right from my first inquiry to delivery of my A40 scooter the service from staff members was excellent. Delivery was prompt following my payment and an excellent instruction booklet was provided. I am extremely happy with my new scooter which will assist me no end with getting around the shops and also outdoor events which I previously have had to miss oyt on. Thank you Active Scooters.

We have been very happy with the product and with the service we received from Active Scooters. Paul worked in wonderfully with the O.P. ( Kate) and ourselves to match the correct scooter for our needs. Connie has checked up a couple of times since we had it delivered to check we were still happy. All in all I rate this company very professional and caring. We are enjoying our afternoon walks all together now 😁👍

Ten on ten experience, brought the scooter out to my place for a trial/OT assessment for free, fast and effective phone service, answered all my questions, helped me out when the department of transport and main roads beefed it, and the the machine itself is excellent.

I bought a used ACTIVE A70 scooter privately , June 2020 ONLY DONE 4KM.
Luckily Active Scooters transferred warranty over to me.
Developed intermittent surge in motor., so motor was replaced . I only had to pay labor of replacement.
Now very happy with scooter, and the performance of it.
i would recommend active scooters management and staff, for friendly prompt service.

Just purchased my 1st Mobility Scooter, it's an A90 Active Scooter. We live in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland at Maleny a very hilly part of the world.
The A90 takes it all in it's stride without the slightest hesitation or compromise.
The Active Scooters Team are easy to deal with, prompt and courteous.

This review relates to my previous review of June 26, 2020 that I am unable to edit for some reason.
"After being contacted by John he agreed to revisit the issue at my home. After some testing and adjustments at the business workshop I am very pleased to advise the problem has been successfully resolved. This time I was most most impressed by John, the dealer principal of Active Scooters, in the way he satisfied our objective - enable my wife to assemble/disassemble scooter with confidence. My wife is now very happy. Well done John.

This is my second A90 Active scooter I have purchased from Active Scooters. I find the A90 active scooter to be very reliable and roadworthy. In the 3 years I had my first A90 I covered more the 6,000 kilometres without an itch.
I am very pleased with the performance of this later A90 which I purchased from them in January of this year. I am quite a heavy person and this scooter carries me wherever I need to go. It seems to be that bit more powerful than my first one maybe due to the modifications on the newer model, whatever it is I am very pleased with it.
I find the staff very easy to talk too and they are very obliging, nothing seems too much trouble for them. I have no problems in recommending Active Scooters and its staff to any one.
