We are passionate about cycling and will always to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. We are proud to be a Trek Partner Store with an extensive stock of quality bikes and equipment across the full range of road, mountain, eBikes, gravel, cyclocross, hybrids and kids bikes. Free bike fits from our experienced technicians are available on all new bikes, with fitting studios at both of our locations. Fully-qualified Cytech mechanics are on hand in our workshops to accommodate your servicing and repair needs, and all our staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide advice on any aspect of cycling. Beyond this, we strive to be a local hub for cycling and help get the local community out riding, promoting local events and shop rides. We are also pleased to be able to provide home delivery of bikes within Kent, Sussex and Surrey, bringing the in-store service to your doorstep.

Fantastic service - friendly and helpful
Just bought a Trek Roscoe 7 and a Trek Marlin+ 8 for my son and me. Steve at ACTIV Cycles was so helpful with all our questions over the phone and in delivering the bikes in person and running through the set up. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend and we love the bikes.

Nothing to much trouble
A good experience when nothing was to much trouble. The tyres where changed at no extra cost so I could use the e-bike on tarmac . Would highly recommend.

My fit was done at Ashford by Fred
My fit was done at Ashford by Fred. He was an absolute professional and made many adjustments to my Trek Domane + SLR 7 explaining stuff to me all the time. The feel of the bike was transformed plus Fred fitted new pedals for me. Super helpful all the time. Excellent service.
