The more you value time the more money you make. This company is just 200m from where I live, that's why I choose them. I wanted them to assemble my bicycle and it took them 3days to finish. What I think would take 1 to 2 hours end up taking days. Maybe because that was my first time to work with them that is why they take so long , but first impression always matters!

Fantastic experience. I would totally recommend buying a bike from here. I bought a new road bike from the online shop and it was delivered by someone from the shop. I had some questions and was able to call the shop and get answers right away.

Ordered rapha sunglasses at a great price. Prompt delivery, very happy.

I went for a bike fit with Fred. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I still have to go back with a couple of little niggles but the next visit is free. You can't get fairer than that.

I disliked the time the product took to come and then it was the wrong size item eventually rectified and the proper size item arrived promptly

Overall a great service with my bicycle being delivered within the allotted time. I ordered the bicycle off the internet but didn’t get any email confirmation until the delivery was due, a bit scary that no confirmation was sent after parting company with a few thousand pounds! The guy who delivered the bike was knowledgeable and friendly, he explained all of the technical aspects of the bike etc. The only other downside was that the M/L size of bike I ordered only came with a 19cm seat stem. I had already answered the question from the mechanic to say that I required a seat height of 71cm and the lowest a that a 19cm seat stem can go down to is 74cm. I had to phone twice to get a replacement stem of 15 cm so that I could actually ride the bike comfortably. It was killing me that I couldn’t ride the bike for a week after I took delivery of the bike. Hence the 4 star instead of 5 star rating.

Fantastic service and a truly professional delivery service, was expecting bike to be delivered in a box, but no, it came in a fully fitted out bike van, brilliant. Bought my first bike in nearly 30 years, on Bike2work scheme. Wanted a mountain bike to enjoy some of the local bike parks as well. Activ were advertising an amazing deal on The Trek Roscoe I had decided on. I had not heard of the company before being they are not local to me, but reviews seemed to be good. My local Tredz store had been pretty ignorant and dismissive to me as I wasn’t buying a £5-6k bike straight away and using a scheme. I emailed Activ and promptly received an email back from Steve. He, and the team have been fantastic and kept me in the loop all the way with patience for the scheme paperwork to be processed, and holding me a bike. Experience has been second to none and I would use them again for anything. I have received the bike via courier as promised and I’m thrilled with it. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Steve and the team for all their help.

The bike of my online choice was in store and ready for me to review upon arrival. Great personal service and a lovely bike. The Trek Domane was realistically priced too.
