Be very careful with this website. It looks like an official ticket site for the Acropolis, but it is not. I paid 25€ per ticket for something that should have been free (or much cheaper) on the... Mehr ansehen

La visite est gratuite pour les ressortissants européens de moins de 25 ans. Or vous ne le découvrez qu’après avoir payer
Au moment de la réservation, le choix est adulte ou moins de 5 ans.
Rien ne le mentionne. Des voleurs !!
Ils vous disent ensuite que c’est noté sur leur site et qu’ils ne remboursent pas ..

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller. I just paid 45 eur to receive 30 eur ticket. I would have accepted this if it were clearly put: "ticket price = 30 eur, service fee = 15 eur". But now i feel as if contacted scamers.

AVOID

Buy tickets at acropolis directly, they charge a fortune (ticket value: 20€, actual price paid: 32€).
The website selected a date I didn’t want, I tried cancelling the tickets and get a refund through their customer service and they don’t allow any cancellations. Terrible customer service.

We also inform you that changes in the time of visit or type of tickets are very restricted and we are unable to make changes or cancellations. We are currently working to find a solution to this issue.

Not what they say they are! Avoid

Bought a ticket online, and didn't received the PDF copy of the ticket until 5am of the day of the tour. I missed this because the email did not indicate that/when I was supposed to receive the ticket and when I woke up on the day of the tour, I went straight to the ticket office of Acropolis (more on this point below).

The email indicated that I could either access the ticket by downloading the app or by redeeming it at the ticket office in Acropolis. I chose to do the latter (as the review about the app was very bad so it was not worth downloading the app) and when I turned up at the ticket office, the staff said that they do not recognise the seller 'Headout'.

I queued for the main entrance and the security there has simply told me that they do not release any tickets that are bought from 3rd party resellers. So, apparently I had to contact Headout for my ticket.

When I went back to my hotel, I hadn't appreciated that an email with the PDF copy of the ticket was sent at 5 in the morning. I've completely missed this, I was not informed about this in advance. Again, I thought that the ticket would only be available on the app or at the ticket office.

It was all a bit of mess really. I bought the ticket online in advance of the tour so I did not have to queue up given how busy and popular Acropolis is. This company is a fraud, or however you call them, has 1) simply lied by saying that I could redeem the ticket on the site and 2) mismanaged as they have not given me an indication that a PDF copy of the ticket would be emailed right on the day of the tour.

The municipality of Athens should ban this company... lots of people will get annoyed.

The old man who play the Bouzouki in the way out of the site stole my partner's wallet. The police did nothing.

disappointing experience with this company

As an art historian and art advisor, I could basically visit all museums and foundations in Athens free of charge. However, since I heard it's better to make booking in advance, hence, you can't discuss your professional ID via online, I found this web site which sounded quite ok offering skip the line plus audio guide. I booked my ticket for 16 euro, which was supposed to include audio guide too, for slot on Monday, but eventually when I came to Acropolis, I found out that there was no any audio guide ( I assumed that this company arranged a person on the desk who distributes audio guides) but instead, the woman who works directly from Acropolis, told me that this web site is not affiliating with official selling of tickets and if I wish to have audio guide, I have to go to office where I booked it. I have no idea where office of this company is located. Besides, I don't understand why they have such a different price while official price is only 10 euro. People came without any pre-booking, got their tickets for 10 Euro and didn't have to wait while I had to wait for my slot.

Not official Acropolis we site

I bought the tickets at 8h and receive the etickets by mail at 10,45h. My group had to leave, so I had to buy new ones. DO NOT USE THIS WE, THEY SAY THEY ARE THE OFICIAL ONES BUT THEY ARE NOT. They charge you 30% more than in the official one.

On the other hand, the tickets that we provide are 100% official as we get them from the official box office, and in no case, we are trying to scam or mislead.

Also, we have verified that we did send your tickets by mail on time. They were sent minutes before your entry time.

No me enviado el email, un desastre

No me enviado el email, hasta las 7 pm, a las 10 am NO.

Me han cobrado dos veces 60 € y me han dado 2 tickets de 20 €.

Devuelvanme lo antes posible los 60 € del segundo cobros.

Y los 20 € cobrado de más por los rickets entregados

Hemos revisado su caso nuevamente y podemos confirmarle que sus entradas fueron enviadas correctamente a través de nuestro sistema antes de la hora de su visita y posteriormente también se las enviamos de nuevo a través del chatbot.
