Same as EVERYONE ELSE!! Ordered the mercury trees and got knock off junk plastic. I’ve gone back and forth with “customer service” emails (probably computer generated responses) asking for refund and getting “we’ve checked with our warehouse and you recived what you ordered” and “how about $14, $17…refund” when I paid $135 for 3 sets!! I’m irrate with them and with myself for not checking before ordering!! DON’T FALL FOR THIS MASSIVE SCAM!!!!

I made the same mistake as others. I watched a video of someone unboxing the mercury glass trees which looked beautiful to I ordered 2 boxes. What I received was ugly little plastic trees. It's a total scam. They tried to offer me 10% of what I paid as compensation. I have put in a claim with my credit card company.

Contacting Customer Service for return resulted in their answering with a big "F... You."

I wish there was a ZERO!!! Please do not purchase anything from them! I thought I was buying mercury glass trees, and the most miniature, clear, and yellow trees arrived! Total joke!!

I ordered 2 sets of the 5 mercury glass illuminated trees and 1 illuminated village, totaling over $100. I received a tracking number showing that they were shipping from Ireland. A month later, tracking showed that they were in Mobile, but after an additional 3 weeks, there were no further tracking updates. I emailed the company and they responded saying they would send out a replacement. A couple of weeks later, I emailed them again because I had not received any tracking information for the second order, and asked for a full refund because I now felt it was a scam. I received an automated email with a tracking number showing a shipment coming from China this time. The following day, I received another email saying they would refund my payment and I could keep the items if they still arrived. A couple of days later, I received a package from Illinois, not Ireland or China, that contained small (5” or less) plastic trees that looked like they came from the dollar store. They were nothing like the advertisement and there was no village. Thankfully, the refund was actually received, and I did not have to pursue a charge-back with my credit card company. Do not order from this company.

Why can't you put zero stars. This company is absolutely ridiculous and a total SCAM. They advertised 5 mercury glass lit X-Mas trees. They sent me scam tracking emails claiming the items were shipped from Ireland. I received 5 small plastic trees. When I have contacted them trying to get them to pay for shipping so I can send back and get a full refund they refuse and offer me negligible compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible.

I ordered a set of 5 Mercury Glass Christmas trees. A video on the website showed the trees- glass, staggered heights (tallest being 12 inches), with timed lights. Very beautiful. After I ordered I started receiving tracking updates which claimed the product was being shipped from Italy. After about 1 month and several of these “updates” I received another tracking stating the product was coming from Beijing. After another month, I reached out to the company again because it was not received. The next day my package arrived and it was NOT what was advertised. 5 small, plastic, cheaply made trees. Looking back, the video on the website was for another company’s product. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Buyers beware! I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Another person who usually does read reviews and did not! I thought they were large glass trees as the ad indicated. After 2 months of waiting, I reached out to cancel since they weren’t here. They expedited and I received them a week later. I was disappointed upon opening the package as they are small, cheap, plastic trees. However, I put in the required batteries and thought it was pretty enough. However, 1 did not light up. I asked for a replacement tree or partial refund. They said I need to take all these pics of the packaging and labels inside the large bag, which it didn’t have one. I took pics of everything I had, then any follow up was again to send pics, which I already did. Then, upon lighting what was working, one turned off and when I went over to it and picked it up it was hot to the touch and smoking. I quickly turned it off and all of the other ones. I then asked for a full refund explaining what happened. They wanted a video of the occurrence. Obviously, my initial reaction to the smoking tree was not to go grab my phone to record, nor am I turning the tree back on to see if it does it again! This was expressed to them and they denied a refund since I wouldn’t provide video proof that this occurred. After multiple requests, they insist I got what I ordered and will not refund the order. At no point did I order cheap plastic trees with the option of setting my home on fire. Terrible company! Do NOT buy anything from them!

Exactly what everyone else is saying! It's a scam! Definitely didn't received what they advertised! Took months to get.......I'm sure they were waiting for Temu to send it to them so they could ship it to us! I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission. You can report this online scam.

Total scam, what they sent me was not what was shown on the invoice or online. They would not refund my money

Sure wish I had checked Trustpilot. This is a total scam. Got tiny plastic “trees” that wouldn’t even be good enough for the dollar store. Absolutely unbelievable. Scam!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. I ordered the BFF Mercury Glass Christmas Tree Collection, 5 pc. from them. Saw the ad on Instagram. It took almost 2 months to get the order and then when I got them, they were cheap, plastic trees that weren't even glued together properly. They are trash. I tried to dispute with them and ask to send them back and that I wanted a refund and they told me that they had sent the exact item I ordered. I looked on their website and they had changed the descriptor of the item to remove the word glass. They used a video of someone who was actually showing off some mercury glass trees she ordered on QVC and their website is a picture of a storefront that also is a different business. Stay away from these scammers.

I sure messed up by not reading the reviews before ordering! I ordered two sets of the so called mercury glass Christmas trees in different sizes. What I received two months later were very cheap, small Dollar Tree plastic trees. Their response was to refund me $10 out of the $89 that I paid. Otherwise, I was supposed to ship those back to China! No way!! I will be checking with my credit card company to see if they have any recourse.

Same as all other reviews listed for this so called company. Ordered the illuminated Christmas trees that were advertised to be pretty Mercury glass and appeared to be much bigger in size. What I received were cheap, small Dollar store plastic trees.
Took the time to write a review on the website. It appeared for 5 seconds and when I went back to read again it had been taken off. I also should have known better!

First they overcharged my card by 20% and then they sent a cheap product worth much less than what I ordered. I ordered “Mercury” light up trees, 5 different sizes, and what I got were 5 small, cheap Dollar Store plastic trees all about 5.5 inches tall. I sent photos and they kept telling me they sent the correct product, but it was so obvious in the photos that what I received was not what I ordered. I would never order anything from them again.

Total CRAP! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It took nearly 2 months to get them. Had two different tracking numbers: one went from Sweden to US and stopped (never got that one), the other from China to US (this is the one that arrived). Support assured me it was not a scam, but I disagree. The "Mercury Glass Lights" are cheap PLASTIC and super tiny. Nothing like the ads. I actually tossed them in the trash.

Can you give 0 stars! They advertise one thing and then send you a cheap imitation that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered mercury lit Christmas trees, they sent cheap plastic Christmas trees that don’t even look like the picture.

Scam. I ordered two sets of Mercury GLASS trees. What came were tiny plastic trees. They are offering Me $7 for my trouble. Complete rip off!! I see others experiencing the same. Obviously they don’t deserve even 1 star. Ordered two months ago.
