We're glad you received your Botox with just a small amount of lyophilized powder in the bottom of the bottle. This indicates that you have received a 100% original product.
Original Botox has only a small amount of very concentrated lyophilized powder at the bottom of the bottle. This information can be confirmed in this video that presents some toxins on the market including Botox.
In 3 minutes and 20 seconds, the Doctor introduces the botox.

Botox
We love the product, but the shipping needs improvement. We paid for 2-3 day shipping and it arrived 7 days later and was warm when we received it. Botox is to stay cold and it was far from it. Very disappointed.

We are always attentive to changes in export forms and that is why some deliveries are delayed but the delay is not our company but the customs authorities.
It is important to know that your order has been refrigerated every day that you have waited for customs clearance in a refrigerated UPS unit. Your Botox was left without adequate refrigeration for just a few hours, following the manual of good pharmaceutical practices for the transport of medicines and cosmetics, ensuring 100% effectiveness in its application.
Your order was expressly shipped (delivery takes 2-3 business days) and there was a delay in releasing the product at customs due to a change in the export of medicines and cosmetics.
We are working forever to get the best for our customers. Sorry to be rated for 1 delivery and not all others, we ship and deliver on time for you.
Thanks for your feedback, we are working to improve.
