Purchased several salto items over the years and always very helpful

Very simple relationship we have.
They provide an excellent service and goods, and we pay them and appreciate it.

Bought a pair of Anvil Gothic door handles online for my front door only to find a metal burr inside stopped them from sliding over spindle. Took them to the Norwich shop who then got their locksmith to remove burr straight away so happy with service, not quite so happy with product.

Was an issue with a faulty product but this was quickly rectified and replaced without issue, well done lads

Ordered product online and turned up very quickly.

Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong one so dropped it back to my local store who arranged a replacement.

We have bought the Frank Allart (FA) bathroom flush pull and privacy lock via AC Leigh.

Given that it is a made-to-order item (can't return), we have enquired which privacy lock we need to get to match the flush pull chosen. We were advised of a specific lock (also from FA) from AC Leigh and placed an order accordingly.

First of all, there was more than a 2-week delay, after placing the order 8.5 weeks ago. This costs us extra money to hire the builder back to fit the lock. In addition, when we received the lock, the striking plate doesn't match with the dust box and the faceplate was missing. We were asked to send the whole lock back and then an extra 2 weeks wait to have it "fixed". Meanwhile, we also found that the lock doesn't fit our door as advised by AC Leigh. AC Leigh lacks technical knowledge and couldn't help with it. So we have asked to be connected to FA directly. After speaking to FA directly, we were advised to buy another lock (not from FA) to fit our door - which should be the advice given by AC Leigh in the first place.

After wasting extra money hiring the builders to come back twice to fit the lock, the costs for the extra lock (~over 600 GBP in total) and the long wait, we ended up with a lock that doesn't fit based on AC Leigh's advice!

We have asked AC Leigh to collect the lock and refund the costs for the lock as a way of compensation for all the costs and inconvenience caused by them - which is way too low in comparison to the real costs. The manager in charge was rude (didn't even apologise) and refused to refund the costs of the lock (~127 GBP) as compensation for the chaos.

I would NOT buy from them or recommend anyone to buy from AC Leigh. We are now considering taking them to the relevant govt bodies.

I bought 3 union sashlocks keyed alike , only supplied with 2 keys even though i paid for 3 locks . Only one of these locks is working properly the other two are diffficult to unlock\clunky and not fit for use .
I returned them once and they oiled the locks but still useless .
Not a good company to deal with . Not helpful at all .

Quick and very efficient service, and workman went above and beyond - fixing something we didn't even ask him to!

Having had an unsatisfactory experience with another locksmith, I contacted AC Leigh. They were very helpful, both the office staff and the locksmith. I had to wait a week as the locksmith was on leave, but everyone deserves a break! The new lock was fitted very satisfactorily.

An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, including via email/phone as well as the locksmith himself.

Was in and out in no time too, replacing three locks.

Highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
