Excellent Service provided by Kevin
Excellent Service provided by Kevin! It was a very complex itinerary to India as we wanted to travel many places, finding the right flights, hotels, guides, activities was no easy job but Kevin's deep experience helped us have an exciting and flawlessly coordinated plan. I highly recommend Kevin and Ace Flights for their reliability and professionalism—it is not my first experience with them, and they consistently exceed expectations. Thank you

Flight booking
I got into touch Ace company after seeing a deal to go too Brisbane on site on line .When I spoke to Kevin
He explained that the deal did not include luggage charges and other charges! Kevin was very good and helped me to get the flights I needed.
and when I said I needed an aisle seat
due to my knee operation! Kevin arrange assisted travel plus bulk head seats on my journey .
So very helpful but did keep on via email about this review as the first review never went through.

From the moment I reached out, Kevin was responsive, and attentive to my needs. I was looking for the best flight options within a specific budget and schedule, and he went above and beyond to find the perfect itinerary.
He patiently answered all my questions, explained fare details clearly.
This is the second time I used Aceflights and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Auckland Flights
I started the process of looking for my flight by using the ‘chat’. I have been reluctant to phone in case I was put under pressure to buy.
On the chat Kevin asked what my needs were and dates etc. He then offered to call me back after he had looked for flights.
When he called back he had found me the flights I needed on the dates I needed and at a very good price.
Really great service.

What a great team Molly and Sid make.
What a great team Molly and Sid make. I gave Molly all my travel details which weren't too straightforward and Molly did the rest. It took all the stress out of the searching and she came back with a fantastic deal.
The phone was answered promptly on several occasions, questions were answered reassuringly and you got to chat with the person handling your booking.
An excellent experience from a company who have excellent customer service and support.

Great prices for Business class seats
I have now used Ace Flights twice, and both times have been excellent. As the seats are only available for a short time, you do feel a little under pressure to make a decision, but that's understandable. The prices are certainly the best.
I will indeed use them again.

The consideration and active support…
The consideration and active support from Kevin, has been the best online experience for us, as we attempted to book a flight to New Zealand, this week.
He researched every option available to meet our requirements. So let's add patience to the credits!
The real human being at the end of the phone is so appreciated and precious.
Thank you so much. We wish you all the very best, Kevin.

Sid was great
Sid was great! Found a few options and discussed the best price and route options with me. Very happy with the price considering travelling home in December when it starts to get expensive. Sorted all the details and was a fantastic and efficient process. I have also recommended this company to a few friends and family.

Molly of aceflights
Molly of aceflights was recommended by a friend, and she was Ace. Not only was she knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly, but she went the extra mile to satisfy our requirements, even phoning us on a Sunday afternoon to offer us a deal she had just found, as a possible alternative to the one we had agreed upon which we were happy with. In conclusion, Molly is an asset to this company and a star for its clients.

Flights sorted very efficiently...
Hi, the experience i had with Ace flights uk was second to none. Especially with the very helpful guy called Kevin. He was very professional in his job and also very patient with me. He found several flights for me to choose from, and also was very good in offering me bulkhead seats on my flights. I didn't actually know what these were, but Kevin explained to me what they were and also could let me have them a lot cheaper than normal. So I agreed on these and then Kevin sorted out the overall price for return flights from UK to Australia including baggage and vat costs etc, which I was very pleased with so a big thank-you to Kevin. ☺️ would highly recommend Ace flights uk. Many thanks, ken Harding 👍
