Still waiting on a RMA for a part I…
Still waiting on a RMA for a part I didn't receive and a part I don't need. Been over a week.....and crickets......I will eat the $800 if it means no one else has to.
Got the RMA finally. Ordered 2 cases, received 1, returned 1, and yet somehow I am still out $300. At this point, not worth the trouble to chase it down and consider it lesson learned. Ok....just too embarrassed to tell management the mistake I made going with Ace Exhibits....

Outstanding as always
Working with Ace Exhibits has made my life easier ever since I discovered them years ago. To give you and idea how long ago, they used to be known as Pink Displays. They were outstanding with their selection, customer service and products then, and they have only gotten better as the years go on. If you need portable trade show systems and accessories, then Ace should be one of the first places you look.

Great sales team. Then....Graphics overrode my approval, delaying order. Order was shipped incomplete and have been waiting 5 days for an RMA to return a case I don’t need. Not expecting much when it comes to getting my credit.

Our sales team loves the travel cases! Lightweight but sturdy. Just the right size for two pullup banners, giveaways and sell sheets. I ordered two then ordered two more less than a month later. Glad I found them!
