Accio is a fun box for kids
Accio is a fun box for kids. But I wouldn’t say it’s great for adult collectors, i feel in the past year or more that the quality has cheapened and that really sad, because Accio was one of my favorite magical boxes.

Great service and quality
Great service. I received my package 2 days earlier than predicted and the quality of the shirts are really good. The designs are well placed and the print on the sleeves make it better. I also thought I had a problem with my package and Accio! Responded the same day. It’s customer service that’s hard to find nowadays. Keep up the good work Accio! Team.

Takes your money without consent.
I am highly upset with this subscription box. My first box I ordered I had ordered all the pins I was missing in the protector series and the holder as extras. Never received them. I canceled my subscription at the beginning of September and here I is and I was charged for another box even though I have decided to not continue. So far no refund and that upsets me greatly as them charging me for a box I didn't want made my account overwithdrawl. Absolutely not ok. Also 9/10 the shirts and pins where really the only thing of good quality.

But we promise and guarantee you 100% that your pre-ordered items are safe in our database and are just waiting to be sent out this month as scheduled. Although we mentioned that the Pin Holder is on a pre-order campaign and all add-ons will ship with it 4 months after orders close, we understand that we should have put that information where you can view it right away such as on the product image itself or at the first paragraph of our product description. We promise you that on our next preorder, we will make sure all information are communicated well and clear!

The quality of items is nice and also…
The quality of items is nice and also the efficiency that the boxes arrive from the date is distribution. Sadly, I only ever enjoy, keep, and use half or less of the items in each box, which really doesn't justify the value for me. Overall, it's nice and for the right customer, a box full of good items, but just not for me.

I was excited when I first started this subscription, but error after error has occurred and has rather dulled this otherwise joyous experience. Firstvtye shipping issue, then the tardy/lack of shipping for my monthly subscription box....so far not batting too high with me

I just ordered for the first time
I just ordered for the first time. My box is still in process but I can’t wait to get my pins for the wheel and all the boxes are so amazing been watching on YouTube and I might upload my own video.
My favorite box is the Luna Lovegood box. That’s my daughters name and I love Luna’s things.

We did declare on our FAQs and Terms and Conditions everything our subscribers have to know about our boxes. Purchasing a prepaid subscription box in the current month will put you into the queue for the following month's box. This means that if you subscribed this month, your first box is the October (Neville) Box. Our shipping schedule happens every 15th of the month and we always send a tracking info to all our subscribers. Your October box will be shipped on or before October 15.
