This company took money from my account without my permission and although they have told me they have cancelled the account yet in spite of several telephone calls and statements they have refunded the amount I have received nothing. They are reluctant to confirm our conversations by email or postal letter. So, my conclusion is they are very adept at poor customer service and broken promises

The service I receive from any member of the Team at Access Pay suite is always fantastic. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I recent dealt with Eloise and she very quickly fixed our issue and was so helpful. Cannot thank them enough. 10/10!

We have worked with Access Pay Suite since late 2023. Jo Brennan was assigned to us, and she helped us navigate the launch project very smoothly. She is calm & very competent. In 2025, as we had another similar but more complex project to manage, we requested Jo was assigned to us. Once again Jo has provided clear guidance on what was required and were provided excellent support with respect to questions and requests which came out of testing. It's been busy but smooth. During the project, Jo was to be on holiday and proactively asked us to use the shared mailbox. When we had questions, they were competently and quickly answered by other team members. Shout out also to Laura Kew and Gemma Langley for their efficient support. It's impressive that Access Pay Suite have consistently excellent customer service. It gives you a real sense of confidence. Thank you !

Access PaySuite has an excellent customer service desk. Eloise Hand was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me with my original query then when I emailed about something else she responded immediately with the answer.

Bianca Moodliar is a Star. She has a great knowledge of the portal and was able to resolve many issues or at least send them to the correct department to resolve.

I had an issue with logging into the system and raised a case online, Bianca Moodliar helped me very quickly and had replied to my case within around 15 minutes. She helped me get back on and resolved the issue very promptly, professionally and was more than happy to help!

I was able to get the rightful support from Jack Trueman and this issue was solved on the very same day.

Sadly, impossible to speak with anyone. I have a case 67109664 which is a simple login request. The reply believes their system over actual reality (cannot login). After waiting patiently in their call queue for over 30 minutes, they disconnected my call. That say it all, really, doesn't it?

Christy was very efficient and spent alot of time on the phone resolving my problems. It's so nice to speak to someone who actually wants to help you.

I've spoken to both Bianca Moodliar and Lorand recently re. my DDCMS queries. Both were knowledgeable and patient and guided me through my queries with clear explanations.

Bianca Moodliar was efficient, accurate and complete in her dealing with my systems updates.
