This company has amature and bad service due it's employees and employer not been helpful and not getting the works done on time they are a rogue and cowboy builders and not good at doing the works people be careful don't believe them and plus they don't pay their employees wages Corrupt and Mismanaged Company run by Yusuf Abyan and Alex Bahmian don't trust them with any Contracts or Works they do for you thank you be careful people there are a lot of swindlers out there like these people thank you

I initally wrote a review giving them 5 stars when I was working from them because they wanted their staff to write possitive reviews from personal account pretending to be sattisfied customers which I have now changed hence the old date of 04/11/2024.
Dont trust the 5% star ratings, most of them are fake and written by Yusuf Abyan's friends and family.

I worked with them from 4/11/24 until 07/1/2025

I used to work for Richmond Housing Partnership who began to use Abyam Decor as a contractor for repairs to the properties managed by RHP. Abyan decors work and professionalism was terrible so I tried my best to help them and guide them to meet expectations but the complaints continued. Alexe=ander Aeyan Bahmani, who is the director of Abyan Decor (along with Yusuf Ali Abyan who is the main owner) was a nice guy and we got along well etc so Alex and Suad Ali Abyan who is the sister of the owner andf was pretending to HR approached me to ask if I would join Abyan due to my exprience at RHP etc. They offered to pay me £4K moreb than what RHP paid me and also gave me the title of "Bookings and Operations Manager" which I accepted.

Upon joining I soon realised what a mess the company was. no disipline, no sense of health and safety, no rules and regulations, no equipment, i was made to use my own personal mobile phone, number and laptop.
The office was in a warehouse gaarage on the first floor with inadequate desks nor any space for their employees.

I tried to make changes as the operations manager but my suggestions were not heeded, They had not paid the other 4 staff members any wages 4 months prior to me joining them and kept making the excuse that RHP had not paid them their invoices.

On the agreed payday, they finally paid everyone just £500 and after a lot of complaining and a week later i managed to get £1500 sent to me for my first month.

On one hand they complained about RHP not paying invoices, which they were because I had access to their accounts, on the other hand they stopped carrying out any works for RHP including the thousands of pounds worth of approved quoted works which would eaily pay everyones wages. Instead they would get me to contact all customers and reschedule visits to months later etc for no reason with the excuse that RHP have not paid imvoices.. I complained against this policy and said its not going to bring in any money and we will not be able to get paid at all if we dont and stressed that I need my full months wages this month..

Come payday, there were no wages paid and they once again blamed RHP even though RHP did pay them for over due invoices and Abyan had around £22k in their accounts which could have easily paid everyones wages. They refused to pay so I warned them I woiuld leave if im not paid by 7th of Jan whiich was my birthday. They said they will sort something out.
On 7th of Jan nothing was paid. I started to call them from 5th of Jan in the evening to get confirmation of payment and then from 9am on 7th jan until 8pm to ask whats happening about our wages.

At 8:30pm they sent me an email saying they are terminating my employment because due to RHP not paying Abyan, Abyan have no money and so they have to make the unfortunate decision to downsize and that they will pay me wages as soon as they have it.

As a result, I have taken Abyan Decor to employment tribunal for Immediate unfair dismissal as well as unlawfully witholding wages which is on-going.

They have dismissed all other staff too without paying their wages and I believe those staff have also taken them to court. Bare in mind they did and still do have thousands of pounds in their accounts but deliberately using RHP as an excuse to avoid paying wages from their profits sat in their bank accounts.

I would urge everyone to steer well clear from these guys as they do not have good work ethics, Almost every customer used to complain that they have done terrible jobs. They are very unprofessional and inexperienced who were also on 2 occasions accused of stealing from their customers during jobs.

Becauae of them I am still unemployed and they still refuse to pay.

Alex and his colleague done a great job fitting the intercom in my house. Their time keeping was excellent. They were very polite and professional.

Alex came down to fix my office intercom. He was very efficient and friendly and had the problem solved within minutes! His customer service was amazing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their intercom fixed!

Over a Bank Holiday, Abyan were prompt, efficient and effective in solving a serious problem with a CISA lock and entryphone. We would employ them again and recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Honestly such nice people, they were so on it and wouldn’t leave without getting what needed to get done sorted. I would 1000% recommend Alex and the kind man that helped him on this job!!!

The guys were amazing. Showed up on time and were extremely professional. Will be happy to recommend them
