The sale of my flat was a long drawn out process with lots of issues along the way, the team at Absolute Conveyancing in particular Thisuri Hakel were always friendly, helpful and transparent through the whole process, I would 100% use them in the future should i move again.

We instructed Absolute Conveyancing to handle our auction purchase - obviously very nervous about hidden costs and the completion period being so short on auctions. But the team handled everything swiftly and never dropped the ball, chasing the sellers solicitors a lot too, to make sure they also did their part within the time frame so we didn't breach the auction terms. The team responded usually the same day to all of our questions, would highly recommend. No exaggerated fees either.
