Ableworld - Llandudno Bewertungen 

Just been to Ableworld in Llandudno I have to say the best service I have received in a long time. We were served by Nigel and Paul and they couldn't do enough for us even though they were very busy nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for any mobility aids.

A BIG THANK YOU to NIGEL in Llandudno Ableworld. We went for the August Bank Holiday 2021. We had pre-booked hire of a manual / collapsing / large wheeled / self-propelling wheelchair. Despite having a small / lightweight electric mobility scooter which came with us (sadly battery did not come out for charging), the hotel we were staying in (Llandudno sea front / next to The Venue Cymru), did not allow us to take our scooter inside to charge overnight. Our hired wheel chair from Ableworld was a godsend. Without this, we would have had to return home immediately as my friend would not have been able to walk the distance between the car (in the car park) and our room in the hotel. Booking the wheelchair, using and returning it was simple, straight forward. We received a very professional and friendly service. Super staff. Nigel assisted my friend to reassemble the rear of her mobility scooter when I had tried to (inadvertently) take it apart by pressing the wrong level! Nigel also assisted my friend with specialist footwear and a few other pieces of equipment. So many thanks to Nigel and the Llandudno Ableworld Team.

We were lucky to be able to spend time at Ableworld Llandudno promoting our new Independent Me service within Conwy. Paul, Rob, Sonya and Nigel were so friendly, professional, polite and accommodating, not just with us but every customer that walked through the doors. Thank you for letting us use your space and for supporting and helping us to promote our new Independent Me Service, we look forward to working together again soon.

Whilst on holiday in North Wales my mobility scooter suddenly stopped dead. Having no idea what had happened we managed with help to get it and me back to our car. I looked on the internet for somewhere that might be able to help us on Sunday of the bank holiday weekend and found Ableworld in Llandudno where the staff were extremely helpful, one in particular, Nigel, came out to our car and explained to us what had happened sorted, it out and tested it. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant with it!

Sonya showed great patience and understanding towards my aunt when she bought a riser recliner chair from Ableworld Llandudno recently. It was delivered just one week later by delivery men who were equally excellent in their customer service skills. We have also started to use Ableworld to hire a wheelchair chair occasionally for the day and the staff at the Llandudno store never fail in their highest standard of service. Highly recommended.

Acting as a carer for a new disabled person who like myself had never visited any Ableworld store.
Found a very warm welcome from Nigel, who spent a lot of time with plenty of patience showing my friend what was available.
Can't thank Nigel enough and I'm happy to pass on his actions to any others seeking equipment etc.

Excellent service from Sonya and Paul in the store. Then Scott the delivery guy was exceptional, went to the Rhyl store to collect a support bar for us and returned in an hour to fit it. Above and beyond. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

We have used Ableworld, Llandudno twice recently. On both visits Sonya was friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation about shopping there again

A big thanks to Craig from Llandudno when my fathers scooter went to be repaired he took his time to explain what the fault was and also giving advice on how to get the best out of the batteries. My dad will be internally grateful to get his independence back. I will be recommending Ableworld in the future.

I was treated with the greatest respect at the Llandudno shop by Sonya she was very polite and helpful in all aspects. I bought a scooter that day and I'm extremely happy with it its give me my freedom back.
