I have used Ableworld Birkenhead for different services several times as have been caring for elderly family members over a few years . The staff there have always been most helpful .Last week l had a worrying time with my mums health so needed personal care items urgently ,not really knowing how to meet Mums needs I asked advice from Darren who took time to explain products that would be suitable . He was not only knowledgable but also very discreet & understanding . I would like to thank him & his colleagues Lesley & Lyn who have also offered advice in the past . . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using their services .

I picked up my first electric…
I picked up my first electric wheelchair and am very happy with it! I have Ms and have been used to wheeling myself around for years.
Ableworld knew their stuff and explained what the difference was between each chair model and the different options that were available, which meant I could choose what I wanted.
The staff were patient with questions, and knew what they were selling. I can't praise them enough! Thankyou! John-Mark.

My experience with ableworld
I have been to ableword a number of occasions the staff are always very helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. The staff have always been polite and patient. My issues I have gone in with has always been resolved. I would highly recommend using ableworld.

Excellent Customer Service
The whole experience with Ableworld was fantastic. We visited the shop in Birkenhead to purchase a rise and recline chair for my father. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient, demonstrating all the suitable chairs and letting dad try them all. There was no hard sell or pushing him towards a more expensive chair and she was very patient. The chair arrived quickly and was delivered on time by two lovely chaps who put it together in the room. I would 100% recommend using Ableworld - fantastic service. Thank you!
