I have beeen shopping with Abitare for 6 years now . They have a brilliant range of furniture. Their prices are always the best. I started out purchasing a 3 seater and 2 seater recliners . They have been a great buy, they still look great. The service and delivery was amazing , they put them in place and checked all was good before they left . They also delivered it 2 days before Christmas, which was superb. Since then we have purchased side boards, bar stools, beds, occasional tables, art work and much more. The quality is always fantastic, as it’s always the latest on trend designs. I get lots of compliments on the furniture from friends and family. Excellent family run business, they always have time for you ,when you go in. I recommend Abitare to friends all the time .

Walked in on a Sunday by chance looking whilst looking for a new bed. Met Phillip and ten days later it was all delivered to my bedroom and expertly set up by Abitare. Nice showroom, lovely staff and treated professionally from start to finish. Will definitely go back when we need more furniture for our home.

Wow what can I say about Mary in customer services - we had a couple of faults with our Alexander & James sofa's - faults being buttons coming off to a spring snapping and poking through the underneath of our sofa. Mary's perseverance in contacting Alexander & James was second to none - I gave up on getting the sofa's fixed but Mary carried on contacting them - it has taken from April to October to sort, if it wasnt for Mary I would still have a sofa with a spring sticking out of it. Many thanks again Mary, you are a superstar x

We have now purchased a number of items and the whole experience has been top draw.
I would suggest visiting the store if possible to obtain the teams unique friendly professional and helpful manner.
Would always think of this store first when in the market for these types of products.
Thank goodness the real world selling experience is alive and kicking.

Approximately 16 years ago bought 3 piece suite bedroom fittings and dining suite. Not the cheapest but quality second to none,first class service back then,i have returned time to update my preferences,after couple of visits decided just what we wanted ..no pressure sales,again the staff so helpful,will defo be returning too add new statement prices to complement new suite and deco thank you

We had our wArdrobe delivery the other day Adam and Mike the delivery men were amazing had respect for us as well as our home there was no mess everything was cleaned up cannot praise Phil and his team they have been brilliant can’t praise them enough.

Experienced couple of issues to date with our new suite. First; reclining mechanism noisy on two chairs. Second; foam of one cushion too soft causing it to sink and become very uncomfortable.
Contacted Mary (customer service) at Abitare. On both occasions she and Natuzzi acted promptly arranging for service engineers to attend and correct the concerns. The first was corrected by removal of plastic mechanism stops, which were too hard causing contact noise. The second, the foam was replaced. Thank you to all concerned.
I trust this very expensive suite will now go on to return many years of satisfying service one expects.

Fantastic service from Meghan, very polite very efficient and went through the whole description of the sofa to me, even sent the colour swatch.
Now i’m waiting on my delivery which i’m sure will be as professional as Meghan was. Thank you so much.

Meghan has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. really quick to what's app pictures and options and was really easy to deal with an nothing felt too much hassle.

Very responsive to my enquiry, with an almost immediate reply to my email, that was both very helpful and friendly.

I was after some service parts for Skovby furniture for which Arbitare are an authorised dealer of; and although I did not purchase the furniture from them, they helped me get the parts, and at no cost.

We came across Abitare whilst searching for a particular sofa. We were lucky enough for John Brailsford to answer the phone. What an absolute gem he has been ! He's extremely knowledgeable across a broad range of furniture, not at all pushy and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up not only buying a sofa and one chair but also a dressing table with, no doubt, more items to follow. We have used Abitare often, as their quality of furniture is excellent & the best in the area. In this instance were buying new sofas. Their sales consultant, John Brailsford, has excellent Natuzzi product knowledge and was able to advise on the best type of sofas, leather, styles & colour advice etc, to ensure we picked the right products for our home. John provided an efficient service and took time to ensure we considered all the finer details before placing the order. I would recommend both John & Abitare as the place to go if you are looking to purchase excellent quality furnishings for your home, with a top rate customer service experience.
