When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. My experience with customers service was great. Fast reply and fast reshipment. The contact number however needs to be fixed and the the item at least need to be exactly what was ordered.
