When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Exceptional Service and Beautiful Quality
I had an amazing experience with AB Crystal Collection when ordering a custom 3D crystal photo for our good friends’ anniversary. Initially, we mistakenly thought it was their 15th anniversary and placed our order accordingly. The next day, I realized it was actually their 20th anniversary. I called the company right away, and even though the crystal had already been made, they kindly refunded the full amount without hesitation.
I immediately placed a corrected order, and to my surprise, the new crystal arrived right on time. The 3D engraving was absolutely stunning, and the packaging was elegant and high quality—perfect for gifting. I was genuinely impressed by both their customer service and the craftsmanship of their work. I will definitely be ordering from AB Crystal Collection again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a meaningful, personalized gift.

The company is very responsive to emails; ordering on the website was easy & shipping was very quick! The item received was exactly as described. Only reason for 4 stars was the crystal had a few little scratches on it which likely came from the key ring (which was not secured in the box).

Unfortunately, I was hoping the final product detail would have have been better and some adjustments made accordingly to reduce the impact of cedar branches that were interfering a bit. Wondering if the leaves could have been included to retain the original background??
