My experience with this company was great. I worked with Naomi throughout the whole process. She was very informative and helpful. The process of waiting for a driver to pick up the job was a little nerve racking but overall, my vehicle was delivered safely and within the requested timeframe. I would highly recommend this company.

Garrett was very professional and proficient. I was originally quoted a lower price, which I thought was very low, by a different person. After a month of no carrier takers, Garrett quoted me a little higher price and it was picked up the same day. The carrier was great. No problems. ABC shipping was excellent. I would use them again.

First and foremost, Garret was always available via phone or text whenever I needed to reach him. They did a great job with the quote and the specific requests I had for when to ship by, and a "no earlier than" delivery date. I did the request a earlier than needed, so some type of followup or confirmation would have been helpful when first submitted. But everything went smoothly and my car is now in her new home!

Not satisfied with them at all. They do not keep their word and the service is horrible. Booked a month ago in May and they wait a day before to let me know the driver could not pickup my truck. One month unbelievable!! I will not recommend them to anyone.

Bad costumer here. I arranged my car to be shipped with ABC car shipping. Then the driver that was supposed to pick up my car canceled. Naturally I got very upset because it messed with my plans but luckily I was assisted by Chester. He was very patient with me and explained everything and tolerated my negative attitude without frustration. He worked diligently to get me another driver. I didn’t understand that the driver and the booking agent is two separate things and I blamed ABC shipping, but Chester was very patient with me and tolerated my frustrated attitude and explained everything. Greatly appreciate the effort.

they canceled the day of pick up. they doubled the price if you still wanted service that day. They canceled the contract the next day saying that they could not find a driver at the initial price. So basically they give you a low price to work with and then they raise it. Better tell the truth from the beginning and the person decides if it suits him or not and this happens with many companies.
