I went to the Liverpool V Newcastle Premier League game with my two sons. I booked this trip through Abbey Travel who were brilliant and very helpful throughout. It has given us lasting memories that we will cherish.

From start to finish I found the experience with Abbey Travel excellent. Everything was very straight forward, the hotel was way beyond our expectations and any queries I had regarding the booking were dealt with very efficiently. I will definitely be making plans with them again.

Avoid at all costs! We booked a week (November 2024) at the Aguamar hotel Tenerife on the recommendation of Abbey Travel Dublin and were so disappointed. 1st room was filthy, bathroom had rust and black mould all over it. Moved next day to a better room but woken at 8am on Monday morning with major construction work next door which included huge plant and machinery breaking rocks. It continued until 5pm so could not stay near because of the noise. Ended up having to pay another €1,200 for another hotel for last 4 nights and no compensation from either the Aguamar Hotel or Abbey Travel 😡 Holiday from hell. Worst experience ever! So disappointed with Abbey Travel and will never use them again.
On that reply to my review NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! My contract was with Abbey Travel (not the Aguamar hotel) who should have known what you were selling, there were 3 heavy plant ROCKBREAKERS NEXT DOOR WORKING FROM 8am until 5pm We couldn’t sit at the pool or the balcony for the noise!!! Why are you recommending hotels that you know nothing about? Shame on you taking people’s hard earned money!

It was very easy to sort through and find the best hotel and flight price. I was well pleased with the price .

Today, I booked a cruise with Abbey travel. I found the experience very pleasant. I dealt on the phone with a young lady called Emily and she couldn’t have more helpful and attentive.
I will be returning to Abbey travel in the future.

I'm just back from Manchester and it was a brilliant weekend. I would like to thank Paul for all his help in organising the trip. We went to a Manchester United game and everything was just perfect. Paul was very informative and was very helpful with any additional questions I had. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately,or fortunately, I will not be booking with Abbey Travel for our first family trip of 6 to Australia. The lady I spoke to gave me 10.37 minutes of her time. She still has no idea if we will have accommodation. She advised me to book direct with the airlines as it is cheaper. She just did not listen, or should I say she couldn't, as she kept cutting me short and wouldn't let me tell her our full requirements. Disapointing to say the lease
