Poor delivery and service
Only half the order of underlay was delivered so I had to purchase additional underlay elsewhere when my carpet fitter came

Not happy
So I picked my vynal by colour & pictures on there website,
Orderd& payed,
Carnt fault delivery arrived the next day.
Unfortunately it was the wrong colour, after contacting a2z & sending photos, I called last Friday, was told I would hear later in the day, I didn't,
So this morning I've emailed again with both photos 1 black 1 grey,
A2z reply !!!
Thay have checked my order & the correct code was sent out!!
How do I know what there codes are, I ordered by photo & description,
Greys & Blues!!!
Black was never mentioned,
So now I have 3 rolle of vynal that are useless,
So Please make sure you now what code a2z use, not there DISCRIPTION!!!!!

Would definitely recommend! Prices are brilliant. My Laminate AGT (Ural 12mm) flooring came the next day and it looks beautiful now that its been installed. Fantastic customer service from Jodie, especially as I had flooring left over that I returned.

Speedy service, great quality and customer service after sales
After researching on the internet, I purchased my carpet and underlay from A2Z Floors. It arrived on the third day, and the delivery driver was happy to help me inside.
The underlay and carpet quality are excellent for the price I paid. The underlay is made in the UK and is of superb plush quality. I would repurchase it when I do my living room in Sprint next year.

Honest review
So as a customer who never actually got their floor delivered I called up this morning to try and have this rectified and was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After a phone call that descended into an argument I was informed as I have mentioned mental health they are now unable to do business with me and issued me a refund. He then told me as I had said I will be leaving an honest review of this he said I had threatened him and hung up. I’m unsure the name of this man but he definitely doesn’t know what discrimination is. I will never do business with such a vile company again and I will be telling others to shop elsewhere.
