I have had another good experience with Otto cars -

I gave my car for body work for three days to Otto Cars and requested their management team to give me a replacement car but management said that for 3 days repair we cannot offer you a replacement car which wasn’t the best news for me.

So I spoke to the bodywork worker his name is Mr.Sami Sikafi and explained my circumstances that I will be jobless for 3 days and asked him whether or not he could fix my car within 2 days and he did. I am collecting my car now, and I am so grateful Mr.Sami and his all team wonderful customer service and for fixing my car and I give him 5 stars! Great Job.

Hi Raymond brought my Tesla model 3 electric car with pile up crash 💥 damage both front and back bumper and interior . Plus mulitple warning ⚠️ signs on the dashboard. I as you can imagine was concern and didn’t know who or if my car can be repaired . Took my car to A2Z motors in collendale ( 24 Carlisle road nw9 0HL ) . From day one Sam took my car in and reassured me that the car will look as good as new in no time and no to worry. And for sure he was right.
Him and his team had fixed and repaired the car to more than excellent standard to be fair my car look better than when I ouch it brand new . They realigned the wheels they smoothed out all dents and bumps , replaced front and back bumper and bonnet that was damage , reprogrammed and installed a new headlight ( which was broken and faulty) they cleared up all warning signes, got a new v12 battery 🔋 installed , door handle and knobs fixed and repaired . Faulty window fixed. System
Restrain fault isssue solved by there excellent in staff electrical macanhic . the car was full mot , serviced and licenced. Full valet washed , cleaned and waxed . tired restored from clocking up
Over 100,000 miles in uses. I was more than happy and pleasantly surprised of how much care and attention was use to make the car fully functioning , road worthy and aesthetically pleasing .
No problem was too big for these guys and their approach and attitude was positive and upbeat which gave me the reassurance I needed to relax and trust them with my car. I’m confident to say this company are excellent and your car is in great hands I can’t fault them.
