Locked Brand New Iphone
I ordered an Iphone 17, everything looked fine on the outside but when it came to using it, I couldn't log in because it is asking for a password which means someone used it before, no where in the website does it say that.
I contacted them but no reply so far.
UPDATE…
They have contacted me, I had a conversation with AJ, and they resolved the issue and offered solutions.
It was a quick process.
I am still giving 4 stars because It felt like you need to leave a bad review here for them to get back to you quicker.

Very good value for money!
This company got the phone to me quicker than expected! And The price was much better than anywhere else! My provider was offering me a Samsung A17 for nearly £100 more than I paid for this A57! Now, that I have had a bit of help in setting it up - I'm definitely not a tech and needed some help - things are working well and I'm very pleased with my purchase! Thank you very much! Very glad that I found you!

Customer service and Delivery delays
I don’t seem to understand what the customer service team are busy with, they aren’t answering my live chats, emails and even phone calls. SF-202610-007429 This is my order number incase the team really check it and not the bot obviously i would like to know where is my order? I’ve placed a ps5 controller order since Wednesday 14 October so i could enjoy my weekend with my new controller without any stick drift problems but still tomorrow’s Wednesday and i yet play with stick drift and my order keep showing “dispatched” no a single update since 14th. I am really disappointed i will demand a charge back from my bank if i get no answers by a human team member.

Good price, good delivery service. As they are for a christmas present, I have not used the ear buds. Only problem was asking for feedback 2 weeks before receiving ear buds. Which is why given 4 stars.

Easy ordering. Fast despatch and delivery. Package was a little beaten up when arrived but phone was wrapped in bubble wrap inside and seems fine. Great price, worried it may not be legit at that price £100 cheaper than leading stores (eg.Argos). But seems ok so far.

Unacceptable delay and complete lack of communicationI placed an order (#SF-202610-007343) on 13th October, which was advertised with a 1 to 3 working days delivery timeframe. Today is 20th October, and the item still hasn't arrived or received any clear tracking update. To make matters worse, there is a total lack of professionalism and customer care. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and dispatching a replacement via Next Day delivery for a working tool I urgently need, I am left without a proper resolution or clear updates on my order. Very disappointing service.
After posting this review and getting in touch, customer support acted swiftly to resolve the issue. They issued a full refund for the lost package and provided store credit as an apology for the delay. While the delivery issue was disappointing, I appreciate their prompt efforts to make things right once escalated.
A.J. reached out by phone; he was very attentive and helpful, and showed a real willingness to resolve the issue. Kudos for the excellent service—thank you very much!
