Had a great experience with A1 Tech Deals. Called as I had a query and Jeremiah was really helpful when i called as well as e mailed, with advice before and after buying as I'm not Tech minded transferring everything and setting up the phones.
Phones arrived early too, which was useful as I'd explained i needed them asap.
Highly recommended.

Found this company easy to deal with.The phone was excellent. One small problem was I paid for 2 day delivery. Actually took 4 days ( no fault of A1 tec)but A1 tec refunded me the postage.Definitely recommend.

Ordered a phone on Friday last week and received no confirmation email, after reaching out there was a problem with the email.

Since I have emailed every day but received no update or response, and no phone has arrived.

I am going to have to log this with my bank as fraud because A1 tech deals doesn’t feel it is appropriate to communicate with customers who have a problem.

❌️ Price increased 25% since trying to buy so am I F ordering another.

Ordered a microphone here. I bought here a microphone for a much nicer price than practically everywhere else. Completely satisfied with the service and delivery.

I ordered two speakers but a PlayStation controller got delivered. I had to pay to return it and have neither the speakers I ordered or a refund. Customer service is appalling. If you are in a similar situation suggest claims via HMCS website

Looking everywhere for a Garmin vivoactive 6 at a reasonable price, found it on A1 tech deals in seconds, was shocked at the price compared to others, and got next day delivery for free.

A1 Tech Deals did not deliver the camera as advertised, with the camera lens missing. I had to consistently chase them to get a response and issue a return. They initially required a police report to approve the refund, which is an unnecessary and frankly outlandish claim, as the product received did not match the description.

Finally, a month after the return, I had to chase again as no refund arrived. They only granted a partial refund, because the lens they never provided was not included in the return. I have disputed this.

I will be reporting A1 Tech Deals to Trading Standards. They are an unprofessional and unreliable company, who give baseless allegations to justify partial refunds, even when they have violated their duty as a supplier. They are dishonest.

Do not purchase from this company.

Looking for a new phone, went on the usual website's but prices can be vary and be quite expensive, and some can charge delivery extra.
Came across A1 tech deals and surprised at the great prices and free delivery.
Ordered on a Saturday and arrived on Tuesday morning!

I purchased an iPhone17e. I have to say given the low price I was worried about what I would get however the phone arrived within two days and despite packaging being Chinese the box was not open and the phone works great.
