I’m extremely disappointed with the…
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from A1. It seems that if you’re lucky enough to receive a working product, everything is fine. However, if something goes wrong, the after-sales support leaves a lot to be desired.
My faulty watch was delivered five weeks ago and has since been returned to A1. They have now had it for 16 working days, supposedly reviewing the issue, with no satisfactory update or resolution.
This length of time, combined with the lack of communication, is completely unacceptable. I have already posted a review highlighting my experience, but the only response I received was a standard, generic reply that did nothing to resolve the situation.
At this stage, I have lost confidence in the company and simply want a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend A1 to anyone. A company’s customer service is truly tested when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, A1 has fallen well short of expectations.

Shocking service
Shocking service. The watch has been lost in transit. I emailed and got a reply from their AI bots, stating that they have escalated the case, only to find out that's not the case when I phoned. Now saying that someone will be in touch within 48hrs but if not I should phone back!!!!!!!!!!!!
Despite the reply below, they did not deliver nor did they refund as promised, even though I phoned again on the day to confirm that they will

I just placed order 8 days ago my Beats Solo 4 headphones but still not received and asked for refund but no response ,so dissatisfied and frustrated,I thought it was best deal and good customer response but hardly get through in telephone.I wouldn’t recommend this and best is Amazon.

The delivery was quick and the price was good, but inside parcel was an invoice for the purchase which was £10 cheaper than I payed. Also I have no documentation for the extra year warranty. Apart, from that I am pleased with my purchase and would say I would buy from you again.
