My computer needed to have Windows 10 reinstalled
after an online mishap. Called Andrew who collected
the computer promptly, and took it away to repair.
I had it back fully working in a couple of day.

Andrew made an appointment to deal with my computer problems remotely, and he was calm and methodical while identifying the issues. Subsequently he came to my home by appointment to install new equipment for me, having kept me updated on the progress of my order, and once here, he listened to my questions and answered them in layman's terms. A very patient man!

Andrew was really friendly and helpful. Our laptop was really slow. It is now miles better and runs really well since Andrew worked on it. Would highly recommend A1 PC services

We had Andrew come to our offices to sort out various issues we were experiencing. He managed to fit in an appointment at short notice and was very informative and helpful. Problems solved!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Unfortunately I had been scammed and my bank advised me to get my laptop professionally cleaned. I am a bit of technophobe so didn't really know what that meant. I searched the website to find pc services near me and luckily found A1 pcservices. i contacted them by email and Andrew called me back the next day to discuss. He then said he could carry out a clean for me the next morning remotely, so I didn't have to drop the laptop off or have someone come round. I cannot praise Andrew enough for keeping going with my very very slow laptop and keeping me updated. To my relief, the cost was not as high as I was expecting. So grateful to Andrew and A1, cannot recommend them highly enough

Excellent first meeting with Andrew. He understood all my tech issues and advised a number of actions which are now in progress. I liked his attention to detail and his honest assessment of what was needed to solve the problems I have been having. He was professional in all aspects, and I felt that his recommendations were sensible as well as affordable. I am confident that the end results will be just right.

'A1 PC Services' assessed my old failed computer and proposed an economical replacement. They purchased the necessary parts and assembled/built a new computer.
They succesfully completed the installation and set-up using my existing keyboard, camera, printer and mouse.
All activities were completed within agreed timescales and cost in a most professional and friendly manner. Would not hesitate to use A1 PC Services again.

PC was hacked and couldn't get into various accounts. Andrew set up a remote access and installed McAfee anti-virus, set up new email and other accounts including password manager and fully explained how to operate. Whole process was painless and easy to follow even if you don't understand pcs. Would highly recommend for any pc issues.

We had a gaming PC with hard drive problems and we'd also fitted a processor incorrectly. Andrew worked out the many issues and gave good advice for which replacement parts to get, along with regular updates on the progress of repairs and testing. We now have a fully working PC and would have no hesitation recommending Andrew for all computer aspects.

Andrew at A1 is great. He appreciates our levels of understanding, listens to what we say and provides the best solutions for our needs. We never feel pressured and have no hesitation recommending him.

I purchased a new desk top computer that needed to be set up ,transfer files etc., I called Andrew from A1 PC Services and he did an excellent job of it he also set up my new tablet, I can highly recommend this company. Mr D Unwin.

Don't go anywhere else!! I decided to use A1 PC Services based on previous reviews. Andrew is totally professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I needed a complete upgrade of my computer and basically just handed over the issue to Andrew who kept me fully updated of progress with my new computer. Turn around was extremely quick, on time and within budget. I wouldn't use anybody else now. Thanks Andrew

I don't typically leave reviews but I'm gushing about this one.

Firstly all of the pricing is VERY reasonable.

On several occasions I have forgotten my MagSafe charger for my MacBook, needed external hard drives or high storage SD cards or flash drives but this place has everything, is easy to find.

The staff is also very kind and friendly and anyways this place is a literal godsend

It is always an amazing experience with them. They sort out the queries very quickly and are very professional towards their work.
