A1 Bracknell Taxi got me to Heathrow Airport on time, from Bracknell at a decent price. A very proffessional service.

Always use A1 Bracknell Taxis. It's easy to book and they're always on time and keep you informed. I've never had a problem with them and the drivers are mostly very friendly.

Two separate cab drivers have charged me more than what I was originally quoted by the company, with silly excuses, I sent a complaint to the company but they ignored it entirely, I won't use them any more.

A taxi was booked to Heathrow Airport with the date and time confirmed. However, no taxi showed up. As a result of the driver’s failure to show up or reach out, a last-minute booking for another taxi to the airport had to be made, causing both significant inconvenience, added costs and unnecessary stress.

Strongly recommend to avoid. Unreliable and unpleasant experience.

Details:
- Airport collection, driver was 50 minutes late despite having my flight details in advance and me phoning when I landed. He also said he would only be 15 minutes late. This was at 9pm no traffic.
- Driver took a wrong turn twice, a 30 minute journey took 70 minutes as we back tracked along the m4 twice
- Driver stopped on the hard shoulder on the M4 at 11pm to urinate
- All in all, a 30 minute journey took over 2 hours at 9pm at night

I have been using A1 Bracknell Taxis for a long time, their service is exceptional & they often go the extra mile if things do not go to plan such as a delay in picking me up.

Being disabled I have to know that I can get to & from my destinations on time with minimal stress. I use them for business meetings, medical appointments, going into Bracknell & most recently for an airport drop off & pick ups. They are always there on time & their drivers are professional but friendly at the same time.

Having paid and booked through the automated service WE received confirmation of the booking. The Taxi that was required to go to Wokingham train station.
With the destination booked as 'Wokingham station' there was an intention to catch a train to Gatwick and then to catch a flight.
My young daughter was frantic as more than 45 mins had passed after the pick up time NO CONTACT, SWITCHBOARD CLOSED, PAID TRIAN TRAVEL MISSED.
Booked an UBER and they were there as promised and my daughter managed to catch her flight.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR PLANS BY USING THESE TAXI COMPANIES

Left me (lone female) stranded after I pre booked a taxi home. Sent details of different cars that never turned up and then just stopped answering my calls. If you want to be sure you can get home safely, use another company

Appalling customer service.
Booked 2 taxis to take a group to Henley Rewind festival and pick up again. At the pick up at the end of the event only one taxi turned up, the other taxi got lost. Despite several attempts to contact driver to give him directions ( he kept hanging up) and the main office who was very unhelpful, we had to wait an hour and a half for the driver of the first taxi to return and pick us up. We haven’t been offered any refund or apology. Disgraceful!!

A1 have been excellent about getting me to and from work which means a lot due to having a disability , as well as going out of there way on several occasions. Highly recommend.

Booked 2no. SUV’s for a return booking in Warfield 29/06/24. Taxi’s we’re clean, drivers were very polite. Both on time. Will use them again, highly recommend.

The timing and response was good. We were 1 adult and 4 children. The driver did not let us know that this will cost me more money that was originally decided. When we reached home he demanded that we pay more because there were 1 more person. They did not inform about a limit when we booked the trip. Other than this the experience was alright.

Lee, our driver, was helpful and patient. My friend is quite slow but he didn't try to rush her. He was very pleasant. Would definitely use A1 again.

Avoid! Booked online for a return taxi the got a phone call less than 24 hours before to say that they needed to double the price or cancel. No confidence they will refund because they were quite rude and dismissive.

Booked through their online website and paid immediately. I got 3 missed calls from them but no voicemail. I called back to see why they were trying to contact me and nobody knew. They confirmed my booking. Taxi didn't turn up so I phoned them to ask where it was. Got told they tried phoning me everyday (3 times in 2 and a half weeks is not everyday), had emailed me and refunded me because the journey should have been double the price I paid. I did not receive any email, voicemail, refund or communication to tell me they had cancelled my booking and so was left stranded 30 mins before I was meant to be at a wedding. Very unreliable and rude - will not use again! Conveniently received a refund that evening.

Prompt service even during rush hour, very clean vehicle and professional driver. A1 hasn't disappointed me in all the years I've used them.
