irresponsible customer service

I bought the bike for my son from 99Bikes online less than a month, and his bike makes terrible sound, contacted the closest 99Bike store they said it's our issue not covered by product warranty and asked us to buy their "Repair" package, isn't it an outrageous service? Stay away from them.

Great Customer Service

Shout out to employee Will . I was after a specific tyre for my mountain bike , Will located one for me at another 99 Bikes store and arranged a store transfer of the tyre . Will keep me updated with the transfer and when it arrived at Ryde, contacted me , I came in and picked it up . Very easy process made easier from someone that cared .. Thankyou Will .

My husband picked up my order and the…

My husband picked up my order and the helmets were not given to him. So the kids got their bikes but no helmets for Christmas. I then had to go back and pick up the helmets and I was served by a young boy that couldn’t work out if I had paid for them and then told me he couldn’t fit them. As he could touch the kids. I purchase bikes from your company many times over the years and was very disappointed in my experience.

I was really disappointed when I…

I was really disappointed when I received my nieces birthday present bike because 99 Bikes had decided to change the seat of the bike with a substandard replacement and not tell me. And when I finally got through to 99 Bikes Ride the attitude on the phone was not caring. Horrible customer service all the way through. The only person with any service was the lady that delivered the bike.
I want to give zero except that the delivery person had the decency to tell me what had happened and why. As a delivery person, she gets 5 stars.
99 Bikes Ryde, either pick up the phone and call the customer or pick up the phone when it rings. I couldn't even leave a message.

I was poorly attended by a person who…

I was poorly attended by a person who was rushing to go out for lunch. This is absolutely unacceptable from a client point of view, as we need accurate guidance to make correct purchasing decisions. Attendants must respect client's decision-making times and support them, especially when that comes to more expensive products as it was the case.

Put my sons bike in for a service

Put my sons bike in for a service, thinking it would be ready, either the same day, or the next. It was a week later that I called in to see what had happened to the bike, only to find out that the service hadn’t even started. Totally unacceptable, so I took it to another bike shop to get serviced!

Products were great

Products were great, waiting time was extended due to covid, fair call, however customer service was lacking, not kept up to date at all. I had to chase up all my orders, no one was accountable, no explanations or apologies either.

Friendly LBS

The guys in the Ryde store I find are friendly and always helpful, even if they are busy. Good to have a proper LBS in Ryde. The pricing for parts is slightly higher than buying online, but is competitive enough. Good specials.
