My 99bikes experience 😁
Placed a click and collect order for a Quadlock phone case online. Got a call from a staff member around 8am next morning stating my purchase was ready and waiting for me to pick up. Arrived at the store sporting a mask and a QR check in and was greeted by a gentleman who promptly retrieved my item for me and I was on my way. Excellent service, can't fault anything. What can I say except "These guys bend over backwards to HELP YOU!!!'
Therefore....5 stars for 99bikes.

My order was ready within 24 hours
My order was ready within 24 hours. Someone from the store called me to let me know but they were able to hold onto the bike until I was able to collect it. Great customer service, friendly and prompt.

I always find 99 Bikes Ipswich Friendly…
I always find 99 Bikes Ipswich Friendly and Eager to help. They also do a great job. Today they where obviously massively busy but they took my Mountain bike and replaced the broken cable to my front Derailluer right then and there so I could Ride it home. I wasnt expecting that as the workshop was flat out. I thought I would have to leave it there a bit. Nice !
