Ignored for years, then threatened with black listing property
Would give 0 stars if that were possible.
I disputed part of an invoice back in October 2022 after they claimed to have repaired a faulty lamp. I queried this immediately before making payment and received no response at all. Not a single acknowledgement.
Now, four years later, they have suddenly reappeared with threatening letters stating that if I don’t pay, they will blacklist my property. Every time I reply, I make it crystal clear that I am willing to pay as soon as they provide clarity on the work they claim was completed. I have even offered to pay the parts of the invoice I am satisfied with. Again—no response.
This seems to be a company that only contacts you when they want something, yet completely ignores you when you ask for basic information or support.
Avoid this factor if you can. They offer no help, no transparency, and no customer service. My issue is about disputed work, not financial difficulty—but if this is how they behave, I can only imagine how distressing it would be for someone genuinely struggling to receive a letter threatening to blacklist their property and inform neighbours that their fees will increase because of “non‑payment”.
Completely unacceptable behaviour from a company that is supposed to manage properties professionally.
