We really love music! What we also love is breaking out a record, kicking back with a beer, and putting on some cool scents to listen to those tunes in the perfect atmosphere We're pretty sure we aren't the only ones, so we thought we'd create something where you can pick up most of those lifestyle needs all in one place There's a lot of cheap, flowery, vanilla candles, melts, and various scents out there. If you want something more premium, you are going to be paying quite a premium The lack of cool masculine type scents is quite frightening, so we wanted to bring something to market that would cover that gap. More importantly, at affordable prices. That's not to say these are specifically targeted to a male audience though. We wanted to create something for everyone We've worked very hard on what we think are a selection of scents that sit perfectly alongside some great tunes To quote the Joker ''Our operation is small, but there is a lot of potential for aggressive expansion'' We will continue to add plenty more products and categories as we grow, in order to create a full home lifestyle offering for you lovely folks!

Having waited for my pre release date for a limited edition item and another already released item, both were received promptly and excellently packaged in a box with packaging then all put inside another box. So my 2 collectors items are pristine.
This was my first order using 8 Days as a company. I will definitely be using you again for my future orders.

Great place to shop
I found 8 Days store through their ebay shop,and loved buying from them on here, but I know buy from their website. theire website is great,really smart and esay to navigate around. Notifications are sent prior to dispatch and also confermation of orders when you place them. As far as I know thy are the only site specialising in pre-orders and they are great at this, have different editions of pre-orders in differnt formats and they also have pre-oders that I think are exclusive to them. They have taped brilliantly in a new way to buy music as 'pre odering' seems to be the way to go. Their prices are also really good and their customer service is brilliant and quick to respond. I really love bying rfrom them and reccommend them to others as well. When your order is sent it arrives so well packaged as well,especially if multiple items are being sent. I love the fact they specialise in only selling pre-orders. I will defintly be buying from them in the future.

We're sorry there seemed to have been damage to the sleeves of your new records on arrival. This is something we could have looked into for you if we'd been contacted to make us aware of the situation.
We are very happy with the 12 inch cardboard mailers that we've used for over 2 years for every shipment. We also check each record before we pack it for damage.
This has obviously happened in transit which we have absolutely no way of knowing about unless we are informed and asked to assist. We'd have been more than happy to very quickly pick up with the courier to make a claim for damages for you.
It's a shame the only awareness we had that there was an issue where we would have been more than happy to try and help rectify was through a 2 star review.

My pre order for a Gary numan cd was late by weeks due to suppliers ? After weeks of waiting I got an apology and a measly 10% off my next order probably equivalent to free postage! HMV never seem to let you down like this thought these smaller companies would treat you better to keep customers.

To add some additional context
- Yes there was unfortunately a supplier delay from the record label. This affected a number of retailers including ours. This can and does happen from time to time with pre order lines. We have no control over record label date changes or supply issues but we will always keep our customers updated should these issues arise as we did with your order and every other order affected by this particular title
- We contacted all affected customers as soon as we were made aware by the record label. This was before the release date meaning we could give customers the opportunity to cancel their orders and try to secure a copy elsewhere.
- We kept in constant contact to update you of the issue and the time frame we were supplied with by the record label. We even asked in the first instance if you'd like to cancel your order due to the delay. Your response was that you were more than happy to wait. We updated you a further 3 times until the stock arrived with no response.
- We shipped all delayed pre orders the very same day that the stock finally arrived with us.
- Yes, we apologised at every step and yes, we did offer a 10% discount should you wish to shop with us again.
- Yes, we are a very small business as are most independent music retailers. We cannot emphasise how much we value every customer and we do our very best to be transparent and honest by keeping you updated when issues do unfortunately arise.
- We're sorry that you were offended by our one to one service, regular updates on resolving the issue, and small gesture of goodwill.
You can find this title now at HMV for 11% more than our selling price.
